The massive online open course is a new type of online teaching and studying mode.With its features of “large scale”? “online” and “open”,it gains wide attention from 2008,a wave of online learning has swept the world.After the construction of the national classic courses in 2003 and the construction of the boutique open courses in 2011,China launched “the massive online open course” project in 2013,a number of excellent online learning platforms of MOOC and curriculum resources have emerged.As a key basic course commonly offered in University of science and engineering,college physics can not only serve as an important method to foster and improve student's comprehensive quality,but also act as an effective role in training their scientific thought and innovative ability.With the rise and popularity of MOOC,universities are participated in the construction of MOOC.As more and more college physics MOOC presented,how to evaluate its teaching quality and improve its efficiency? The solution comes to an establishment of a scientific teaching evaluation index system.Start from overseas and domestic research status,through the analysis of research on MOOC,domestic and foreign MOOC quality evaluation,college physics MOOC,evaluation,education evaluation and teaching,teaching evaluation,integrated online course evaluation standards and the basic requirements of college physics course,taking account of the characteristics of network courses and subject teaching,construct the index frame of college physics MOOC Teaching quality Evaluation.The frame is including 6 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 26third-level indicators,around the “ teaching team,teaching goal,teaching method and means,teaching contents,teaching activities,teaching evaluation and feedback” six dimensions to evaluate.Secondly,analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate index weight.There are 15 physics teaching experts from Northeastern University,Southeastern University,Jilin University,Shandong University and Tongji University,according to the analytic hierarchy process,every expert gives a mark to index frame to form a complete the college physics MOOC teaching quality evaluation index system.Third,with the method of questionnaire survey,choosing 3 kinds of physics MOOC from Southeast University?Shandong University and Tongji University which posted on the “Chinese University MOOC ”platform,Questionnairing the undergraduate students which have learned this course from these 3 universities,getting information on how well they have performed.Last,using the method of fuzzy-synthetic evaluation which has been applied to the evaluation of these 3 MOOC and detailed analyzing the results of the evaluations?Although these 3 universities may be different in content and organization,on-line discussion,lesson overview,and each has its excellent aspect,the few number of graduates?the lower rate of giving up course are the common plight they have to face.
