The ship industry is a kind of heavy industry that undertakes the research,development and production of shipbuilding equipment.It needs to meet the needs of both civil and military levels.It has the characteristics of intensive labor factors,high industrial correlation and strong driving ability,making it an important strategic industry of equipment manufacturing.In recent years,China’s ship industry continues to be in a state of excess capacity and low-end capacity aggregation,which is in urgent need of industrial upgrading.In the current research on the quality competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry.There is a lack of comprehensive assessment of the development level and efficiency of the quality competitiveness of ship industry,which is not conducive to the decision makers to establish a correct understanding of the development of the quality competitiveness of ship industry in China,and affects the formulation of targeted policies to improve the quality competitiveness of ship industry in China.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the quality competitiveness level,influencing factors and influencing paths of China’s ship industry,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of China’s ship industry.First of all,this research starts from the quality competitiveness index to interpret the ship industry.By combining the existing authoritative index system and literature research,this research raised the quality competitiveness evaluation index system of China’s ship industry.Then,the improved intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to synthesize the expert decision opinions,and the intuitionistic fuzzy information pre-processing algorithm is used to effectively reduce the iteration times of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,so as to obtain the quality competitiveness evaluation system of Chinese ship industry and analyze the final results.Secondly,the influence path of quality competitiveness evaluation index system of Chinese ship industry is analyzed.The exogenous and endogenous variables of quality competitiveness are determined by structural equation model,and the influence relationship among quality competitiveness factors is determined.Then,the influence path of input-output factors based on structural equation model is obtained.Finally,the influence of the relationships between elements quality competitiveness determines the input and output factors in data envelopment method.Then,based on combination of maximum deviation method,this research improves the traditional CCR data envelopment model,raising the efficiency of CCR data envelopment method.Then development of Chinese ship industry quality competitiveness evaluation is done.Finally,according to the evaluation,the current situation of quality competitiveness development efficiency of Chinese ship industry is determined,and suggestions for improvement are put forward.This research integrates the intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchy method,structural equation model analysis and data envelopment method to construct and put forward the overall framework of quality competitiveness evaluation and development efficiency analysis of Chinese ship industry.In the aspect of method innovation,the fuzzy consistency algorithm of intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchy method is improved,and the resolution of CCR data envelopment method is improved by the combined weighting method of maximum deviation.The research methods of macroscopic quality in Chinese ship industry are expanded.
