This article by collecting and processing relative literature,comprehensive field investigation,specimen collect and identification,give a study to the Macro-fungi species diversity?Flora.?the ecological trait(including seasonal relationship,nutritive type,spatial distribution characteristics,plant community relationship)and give an assessment to the Macro-fungi resource in Nonggang National Nature Reserve.The main results are as follows:Nonggang National Nature Reserve have a rich Macro-fungi species diversity.In this study,a total of 1837 specimens of Macro-fungi with 373 species were collected,belonging to 3 phylum 8 classes 22 orders 54 families and 140 genera.Among them,226 species were identified to the species level,141 species were identified to the genus level,and 6 species can't identified to the genus level,7 species were identified as new record to China(or mainland),6 species were identified as suspicious new species;75 species were identified as new record to Guangxi,57 species were identified as new records to Nonggang Nature Reserve.From the perspective of floristic composition,there were 11 dominant families with more than 10 species,258 species in total,accounting for 69.17%of the total species collected.These families are:Polyporaceae,Marasmiaceae,Agaricaceae,Xylariaceae,Hymenochaceae,Pluteaceae,Ganodermatceae,Psathyrellaceae,Meruliaceae,Omphalotaceae and Inocybaceae.The floristic composition in genera of Nonggang Nature Reserve were cosmopolitan(54.55%),and the composition of pantropical were relatively significant(30.00%).The floristic composition in genera of Nonggang Nature Reserve was close to Mountain Dinghu Nature Reserve,Nanling region and Mountain Jinyun Nature Reserve,while the similarity coefficient with Mountain Tongbo Nature Reserve,Northwest Jiangxi forest region,Daqinggou Nature Reserve,Liangshui Nature Reserve and Bailongjiang forest region decreases successively.The saprophytic type was dominant in the nutritional types of Macro-fungi in Nonggang Nature Reserve,accounting for 94.42%of the total species.Among the saprophytic species,wood rot species were dominated,accounting for 72.63%of the total statistical species.From the perspective of time distribution,the occurrence of Macro-fungi were mainly concentrated in summer and one month before or after.The number of specimens collected during this period accounting for 86.45%of the total number of specimens collected.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the occurrence of Macro-fungi is mainly concentrated around mountainsides and depressions,and its distribution is correlated with plant communities to some extent.The main ecological factors affecting the distribution of Macro-fungi in this area is water,soil and temperature.The Macro-fungi species peculiar in Nonggang Nature Reserve is relatively high,but the percentage for edible and medicinal Macro-fiungi is relatively lower,as well as poisonous mushrooms.At present,there were 15 species's(4.02%)type locality and 4 species(1.07%)new to China(mainland)found in Nonggang Nature Reserve.In this area,there were 10 Macro-fungi species with high edible value(2.68%),43 species(11.53%)of definite medicinal and 8 species(2.14%)of poisonous mushrooms.
