The Intergration Level Of "industry City Inhabitants And Culture" About Characteristic Cultural Towns

In the exploration of new urbanization,characteristic towns have become an effective carrier for the development of new urbanization because of their prominent advantages in promoting industrial transformation and coordinating the development of urban-rural integration.Special cultural towns occupy a large proportion in the list of two groups of special cultural towns published by the state,so they play an important role.As the core element of special cultural towns,the integration degree of“industry,city,inhabitants and culture”represents the development level of special cultural towns to some extent under the new economic environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the integration level of characteristic cultural towns.At the same time,this article is one of the research results of Chongqing social science project,which is funded by Chongqing social science project,so Chongqing is chosen as the research object.Based on the literature review of the connotation,fusion theory and the relevant relationship of industry,city,inhabitants and culture,this paper gets the theoretical support of integration of industry,city,inhabitants and culture.Then,from the four aspects of industry,urban function,population agglomeration and cultural development,the development status of industry,city,inhabitants and culture of Chongqing's characteristic cultural town is analyzed.On this basis,through the construction of fusion degree and fusion coordination degree function,this paper establishes the coupling level model and index system from the horizontal and vertical dimensions,and empirically studies the integration level of "industry,city,inhabitants and culture” in Chongqing's characteristic cultural towns by using questionnaire survey data and socio-economic data.The specific research conclusion shows: First,from the perspective of the coupling index of the four systems of " industry,city,inhabitants and culture",the coupling index of the four systems of characteristic cultural towns in Chongqing is relatively high.Except for Longtan town,the coupling index of "industry,city,inhabitants and culture" in other towns is in a high-level coupling stage or a running-in stage.By coupling harmonious degree model we find that coupling harmonious degree model of Chongqing's characteristic cultural towns " industry,city,people and culture" is not optimistic after further calculation through the coupling coordination degree function.Only two small towns are in goodcoordination.Nearly half of the small towns “industry,city,people and culture " coupling coordination degree is out of balance,indicating that the overall " industry,city,people and culture " integration level of Chongqing's characteristic cultural towns is not high.Third,based on the comparison of small towns in the same coupling stage,comparing with well-coordinated small towns at high coupling degree,The reason for the low coupling level of Laitan Town is the lag of population concentration level.The reason for the low integration level of Shuangjiang is the low overall level of "industry,city inhabitants and culture".The reasons for the gap between the barely coordinated small town and the well coordinated small town all come from the lag of industrial development and population agglomeration.Under the running-in coupling degree,Gongtan town is on the verge of imbalance due to the double lag of town function and population agglomeration.The rest of the small towns are caused by the double lag of industrial development and population agglomeration.Therefore,industrial development and population lag are important reasons for the low level of cultural integration in small towns,At the same time,there are also a few small towns and cities whose function lags behind,which restricts the integration of "producing cities and humanities Finally,aiming at the reasons for the difference in the level of integration of "industry,city inhabitant and culture" in the characteristic cultural towns,this paper puts forward the development strategies so as to promote the healthy development of the characteristic cultural towns.The innovation of this paper lies in collecting a large number of data of Chongqing's characteristic cultural towns through field research and the application of big data theory,and classifying them,thus providing a strong support for the research,which breaks away from the limitations of previous individual cases and is conducive to the macro comparison and classification of characteristic cultural towns.Secondly,The coupling model is used to quantitatively analyze the integration level of "production city culture" in the characteristic cultural small town,which provides some ideas for measuring the development level of the new small town.
