With the development of economy,casualties and property losses caused by frequent earthquake disasters are also increasing.Efficient and orderly seismic field work can reduce the hazards caused by earthquakes,maintain the normal operation functions of urban and safeguard the fundamental interests of the people effectively.In 2017,Mini program based on smartphone platform was released officially.It is easy to use and is used by more and more designers to meet the emergency needs of disaster relief personnel.The object and the demand information of the system are analyzed,and the relationship between the demand object and the information exchange.Based on the development of mobile technology and the popularization of Mini program,we design an information service system for earthquake disaster investigation,which has comprehensive functions and is easy to use.This paper mainly completes the following research contents:1.The basic contents,relevant laws and regulations and development system of earthquake field work in various countries are introduced.The research background and significance of the information service system for earthquake disaster investigation are introduced by comparing the working mode of earthquake field at home and abroad and the existing auxiliary software for earthquake field work.2.The technical route and operating environment of small program development are designed.Each of the five functions have been summary designed and designed in detail.The core element of the system architecture,business process,functional modules,data structure and so on are studied and form the system.This paper describes the format specification design of the database,which enables MySQL database to satisfy multisource and multi-type data,and to achieve reasonable storage and rapid extraction.The system implements cross-platform applications such as Android,iOS and BlackBerry.3.Functional design: information sharing,intensity survey,house safety appraisal,lifeline engineering survey,seismic and geological hazard survey and other five modules.Basically,the system achieves a variety of information acquisition methods(including pictures,voice and video),information visualization and diversification of information acquisition,facing multiple areas of users,full-featured and easy to use.The Disaster information sharing and service subsystem is used to provide the disaster sharing service to the needs of the parties.The Intensity survey subsystem is used to collect in the field,and real-time calculation and transmission data.The Information interactive processing center subsystem is used to integrate and comprehensive analysis of various auxiliary data information to evaluate intensity.4.The realization of the interface of the system is introduced in detail.Through practical application and user investigation,the emergency debugging of the small program is carried out,and the pre-set goal is initially achieved.The test results of the small program are preliminarily studied to provide the basis for future improvement.Through the test and application of the Songyuan earthquake,the system has obtained better response,and meets the needs of disaster investigators on-site use basically.The system can quickly upload and obtain the urgently needed disaster information;upload intensity information of each investigation point,and generate corresponding intensity on the map;carry out emergency housing safety appraisal,determine temporary safe buildings and unsafe houses;carry out lifeline post-earthquake investigation and other functions.Each functional requirement was realized by computer perspective.Through the above studies so that the system can be initially realized.Through the function,we can help the staff and victims to pass the earthquake emergency period effectively and smoothly.Meanwhile,we can collect and retain the data of the earthquake scene as far as possible in the disaster relief work,so we provide the basis for the postdisaster recovery and reconstruction and scientific research.
