| Carry out earthquake disaster risk assessment to the priority hazardous area of northeast Yunnan which designated by Y.E.A in 2012,analysis the seismic tectonic setting of the region,identify the possible seismogenic structure.predict the possible greatest impact intensity of all township in the region by deterministic methods and the use of Yunnan Localization intensity attenuation model.Adequately investigate and collect housing construction,demographic,economic and other data in the region.carry out the risk assessment on the basis of above work,achieved the following understanding:1.There have happened about 40 earthquake above Ms5.0 ever recorded in the priority hazardous area of northeast Yunnan.According to comprehensive analysis of construction analogy,energy accumulated,the seismic activity features,the scan results of "b" values and other data,there are three faults which has higher probability for Ms6.0-7.0 earthquake in Northeast Yunnan earthquake danger zone,respectively Xiaojiang fault,Zemuhe fault and Mabian-Daguan fault.2.In order to fully assess the most unfavorable conditions of the township might encounter,using deterministic seismic hazard analysis method,choosing the localization intensity attenuation given by the research of "characteristics of Yunnan earthquake",computing the possible greatest impact intensity of all 111 townships in the region in the future.Wherein:a total of 6 towns may encounter the seismic intensity of XI,25 towns may encounter the seismic intensity of Ⅷ.Accordingly drawn "the map of greatest impact intensity of the danger zone of northeast Yunnan".3.With the township as a unit,collect a large number of demographic,economic,housing construction and information of various types of lifeline systems,and a lot of earthquake damage data in history within danger zone of Northeast Yunnan.Based on the highest intensity of the township might encounter,the application of disaster loss assessment methods and statistics of damage matrix obtained,assess the damage of building-destruction and the loss of housing construction in danger zone of Northeast Yunnan.Assess the casualties by the "houses destroyed-casualties" model.Forecast the damage of the main lifeline engineering and seismic geological disasters combined with historical data.According to the damage of buildings,draw the "map of degree of hazard classification" respectively with towns and counties as a unit.Among them,7 counties as Dongchuan,Xundian,Luquan,Qiaojia,Suijiang,Yanjin and 32 towns could suffer severe damage.4.According to the geographical environment,the economic situation and the population,combined with earthquake damage prediction results,analysis the process situation of earthquake emergency rescue in the danger zone.Put forward some suggestion just as earthquake emergency drills,earthquake damage prevention investment,Science advocacy,earthquake monitoring,shelter construction.And set two Ms7.0 earthquake that focus as Dongchuan and the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan,namely assessed the needs of the manpower and relief supplies. |
