Research On User Experience Design Of Home Care Robot Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the development of intelligent technology,family life is becoming more and more "intelligent." As a novelty smart product,home care robots have entered the family of many people.However,for home care robots,it is not convenient for children to use in some functional design,operation procedures and usage methods.The lack of in-depth understanding of the relevant user needs,the addition of all the functions of common smart products in the design of the function,lack of pertinence,and too many functional information settings are not conducive to children's use,Therefore,it is especially important to use the function selection and user experience requirements for the design of home care robots.In this paper,the home care robot is taken as the research object,and the preschool children aged 3-7 are the target user group,and relevant design research is carried out.First of all,through the relevant background,the development status of nursing robots and the status quo of relevant theoretical research,the design ideas and methods of home care robots are formulated.After that,the user's functional preference research is carried out,and the user's functional demand primary and secondary relationship is judged by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the user's related preferences are obtained.After collecting user data through user research,assigning values according to relevant scales,and prioritizing related functional categories: positioning monitoring > health monitoring > communication interaction > education training > daily entertainment.Secondly,the characteristics of the target user group are analyzed,the user experience elements are summarized,and the characteristics of the user experience design of the home care robot are proposed.Then,based on the user's product function preference and the characteristics of the user population and the analysis of user experience elements,the user experience design strategy of home care robot based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Discuss product design from both hardware and software,and finally based on the design strategy,combined with the user experience design process: user model-task flow-use environment,In-depth analysis of users,user experience design practice based on analytic hierarchy process home care robot,and evaluation of the practice plan based on user satisfaction,verifying the effectiveness of the program.
