After China entered the aging society,loneliness has gradually become an invisible killer of the elderly.Online social products can break through restrictive factors such as geographical and spatial environment and relieve the loneliness of the elderly.However,the elderly have encountered more experience barriers,and they often encounter more problems than young people in the process of using online products.How to integrate the experience concept into the products has been the focus of scholars.Most of the user experience research is focused on qualitative methods such as user interview survey.Many design activities are mostly empirical judgments,lacking a correct grasp and judgment of the relationship between the real experience of elderly users and online product design.Based on this,starting from the real experience of the elderly users,the subject hopes to establish a quantitative evaluation model of the elderly user experience.This topic proposes a quantitative evaluation model of elderly user experience constructed by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Firstly,semi-structured interviews,Index card and literature analysis are used to determine the dimensions and indicators of the user experience evaluation system.Cronbach's Alpha coefficient method is used to test the reliability of the system and to determine the experience evaluation system with 3 dimensions and 13 indicators.Then,on the basis of this system,three comprehensive social apps including WeChat circle of friends,QQ space and Sina Weibo and five experience tasks are introduced as experimental basis,and seven d omain experts are invited to determine the weight of evaluation indexes by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to obtain a quantitative evaluation model for the experience of elderly users.Finally,the theoretical user preference values of three comprehensive social apps based on the quantitative model are compared with the actual user preference values based on SUS scale,which verifies the effectiveness of the quantitative model and completes the optimization design of the product.The subject puts forward a quantitative model of user experience evaluation based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).FAHP can not only introduce objective data,but also integrate the opinions of many people to make up for the lack of experience of online products for the elderly user groups themselves.From the experimental results,the quantitative model based on FAHP can find the trend of users 'real experience in different aspects of different products,so that it can provide relevant practitioners with design references.
