| With the rise of personalized customization,users look forward to participate in model design.It becomes a new trend to offer customization service online.This study is based on a research project of the institute,which studies the experience of users to the generated service system.Since online service system only holds few interactions between the users and the interface,it becomes difficult to collect reliable data of users’need.Therefore,the study of online system user knowledge values a lot to improve the experience of users.This paper mainly studies the user knowledge acquisition mechanism of online user-generated service system.Firstly,we introduce the acquisition mechanism of user knowledge in the preceding design process by review reference works,and analyze their advantage and disadvantages.Secondly,we also compared with several designer-led creative process and online generative system,finding that the online generative system and the business of personalized customer recommendation system is quite similar to the user scene.Therefore,this paper proposes a user knowledge acquisition mechanism model of the user-initiated generative service system.The first part is the basis of the acquisition mechanism,that is,the user knowledge acquisition of a single generative program;the second part is the user knowledge conversion,the analysis of user data and apply it to style classification;the third part is application of user knowledge,combining several generative models to build a system for personalized recommendation.This study puts forward a way of obtaining user knowledge of customized service,standardized the process of introducing user knowledge,and constructs an innovative user knowledge acquisition mechanism model.This paper introduces a ring generative program to validate the acquisition mechanism model.Sample investigation,data normalization and user research are used in this study.The intuitive modeling preferences of the users are explored through statistical methods including factor analysis,cluster analysis and multidimensional scale analysis,which will be applied to improve the user experience of the system.The case study has confirmed the veracity of the innovation mechanism model. |
