Construction Of Provincial Biodiversity Management System

This paper studies the B/S structure of the provincial biodiversity management system using computer technology.The system can not only view the biological category,quantity and location information,but also can establish the species file.The system provides accurate data support and service for the management and decision-making of biodiversity conservation.This paper summarizes the development of biodiversity management system at home and abroad,conducts an in-depth study on the key technologies and the characteristics of biodiversity data,and analyzes the business needs of the provincial forestry departments in the protection of biodiversity,Based on the data manager,inspector,policymaker and inspector's business needs in the business,the database structure,system process design and functional structure design of provincial biodiversity management system are given.The system mainly includes data management,query analysis,spatial analysis,inspection management,integrated business and other functions.The development of the provincial-level biodiversity management system based on WebGIS technology has used a lot of open source software technology in the development process,which makes the system have the characteristics of low cost,high efficiency and small space.Can help the provincial forestry sector to carry out more efficient biodiversity conservation work for wild animals and plants to provide a more favorable living environment,and further improve the resource recycling rate,accelerate the pace of our national ecological civilization construction.
