At present,most of the aquaculture models in our country are high-density intensive aquaculture.With the development of this model,the pollution of aquaculture environment is becoming more and more serious.In recent years,many scholars at home and abroad to study more and more culture environment restoration,to deal with the pollution problem also more and more rich,this research aims to discuss the cultivation of ecological environment impact based on application technology of aquaculture ponds.This experiment for ecological base,the main research object of the application of PCR-DGGE technology,on farming environment water,sediment and ecological base on microbial community structure change analysis,to explore the role of ecological base used in aquaculture environment mechanism.The experimental results are as follows: during the whole experiment,water main microbial communities for the deformation of the door(Proteobacteria),bacteria-the bacteroidetes(Bacteroides),fiber coli door(Fibrobacteres),green door(Chloroflexi)bending bacteria and actinomycetes(Actinobacteria).The proteus gates include:Alphaproteobacteria,Betaproteobacteria,Gammaproteobacteria.Sediment can be divided into two layers,of which the upper main microbial communities for the deformation of the door(Proteobacteria),bacteria-the bacteroidetes(Bacteroides),fiber coli door(Fibrobacteres),green(Chloroflexi)and Pseudomonas bacteria door(Pseudomonas);The primary microbiome is Paenibacillus,Desulfobulbus,and Geobacter.Microbial diversity is the most abundant in water.The water quality index showed that the ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and phosphate were in a stable state,and the content was in the safe concentration range.The experimental group in water microbial diversity is lower than the control group,the experimental group of microorganisms to ecological base transfer attachment,the unique structure of ecological base provides an ideal habitat for microbes,thereby increasing the diversity of microbial community structure.
