At present, there are a lot of problems in river management, and main are the river biodiversity decline and the degradation of river ecosystem and functional landscape features etc. There are many drawbacks in traditional theory of river management. Comparing to the traditional theory of river management, the new theory of ecological restoration of the river focuses on the integrity of the ecological health of the river ecosystem functions and ecological river restoration theory enables fundamentally damaged river ecosystem restoration to health. In this experiment, Changchun Shitoukoumen Reservoir storage reservoir river was taken as research subjects, and the experimental design for the construction of a river and realistic rehabilitation program. In this study, during continuous tracking and observation of the effect on the ecological restoration of river restoration carried out, we focused on the riparian vegetation and the biological diversity of butterflies statistics. And with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) for ecological indicators integrated riparian zone evaluation, we hope our results of this paper can provide a reference for our river ecological restoration techniques and methods, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Total experimental investigation of riparian vegetation to33kinds of herbs, belonging to18families and26genera; All sorts of places differ in species composition, and single genera, single-species plots occupy a larger proportion of the species composition.(2) In control area, there are total of14kinds of herbs; In experimental area of investigation there are32kinds of herbs; In experimental zone higher perennial herb growing these herbs become constructive species in the area; vegetation biomass experimental area, coverage and biodiversity index than the control area.(3) According to the analysis, it is concluded the control area of plant species richness index was1.238, Pielou evenness index was0.725, Shannon Wiener index was1.508, Simpson dominant concentration index was0.270; experimental zone riparian plant richness was betweenl.400-1.800, Pielou evenness index was between0.700-0.900, Shannon Wiener index was between1.800-2.300, Simpson dominant concentration index was between0.100~0.300.(4) In this study, samples were collected more than270head of butterflies belonging to6families,13genera and19species. According to the number of subjects to sort of butterfly species, the data is:Nymphalidae> Satyridae> Pieridae> Lycaenidac> Hesperiidae> Papilionidae.(5) Butterflies is as the quality level of the river environment and ecological stability indicator species. The number and diversity of species of butterflies are in different habitats significant change in the control area sparse flowering plants, and are subject to greater interference of human factors, and the results show that the number of butterfly species in the area was significantly less than the experimental area; the near-natural ecological restoration can increase the diversity of experimentally butterfly, butterfly diversity index can reflect changes in the river environment.(6) Ecological comprehensive assessment results showed that riparian ecology, ecological restoration measures in the ecological revetment, artificial wetlands, or water engineering, ecological restoration, riparian zones with experimental structural stability, appropriate landscape, ecological health and ecological safety than in the control area have a more significant improvement, particularly in the large wetland most obvious.(7) Riparian ecosystem level evaluation results as:"structural stability", the control area riparian belong to the "secondary instability," the three plots of experimental zone riparian belong to "stable","basically stable","basically stable";"landscape suitability assessment", the control riparian zones are "barely fit", the three plots of experimental zone riparian belong to "highly suitable","medium suitable,""highly suitable";"ecological healthy", the control area riparian belong to the "secondary healthy", the three plots of experimental zone riparian belong to "very healthy","healthy","healthy";"ecological safety" the control area riparian belong to " secondary security ", the three plots of experimental zone riparian belong to" security". The secondary evaluation results are:the total ecological status of the control area riparian belong to the "ordinary condition", the three plots of experimental zone riparian belong to the "ideal condition","good condition","good condition".
