Reliability allocation is one of the important tasks of system reliability design,and its results directly affect the design of the system.The distribution of the reliability index,can analyze the part index from technology,manpower,time and resources in all aspects of the difficult situation,so that the design staff at all levels in the system clear design goals of their own,as the index to provide a basis for monitoring and improvement measures.Due to various types of failure modes,poor standardization of parts and different life distributions,complex mechanical systems cause many factors that influence reliability,such as many factors,different levels,and difficult allocation.In the early stage of complex mechanical system design,there are many ways of reliability allocation,such as too much distribution subjectivity,data processing and application scope.Therefore,this paper takes the reliability allocation method of the pre design phase of the complex mechanical system as the research object,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)This article is to determine the reliability allocation method research.Based on the development,current situation,basic methods and principles of reliability allocation,the application scope of several commonly used reliability allocation methods and the problems in their application are compared in detail,and the reliability allocation method is determined in this paper.(2)The distribution of the multistage fuzzy evaluation method.The set of factors,the evaluation set and the comprehensive evaluation of the distribution method out of my own understanding and improvement.When determining the weight set of factors,the three scale analytic hierarchy process is introduced to minimize the error caused by the subjective factors.In the traditional method,a number of subsystems correspond to one weight,and each subsystem is assigned a factor weight to make the allocation method more comprehensive.An example is used to verify the reliability distribution of an aero engine host system.(3)According to the comprehensive factor allocation method.The principle of comprehensive factor allocation is expounded,and a reliability distribution model for multi-layer factors is established in contrast to the general improvement direction.An example is used to verify the reliability distribution of an aero engine host system.(4)How to establish a suitable reliability allocation cost function to compare two kinds of distribution results.(5)The combination of the above analysis,using MATLAB graphical user interface design theory,the aeroengine reliability allocation of software development,improve the design efficiency.The previous research results are well displayed in front of the user to achieve a benign human-computer interaction model to meet the needs of the customers.
