With the development of the market economy, in the modern market competition environment, the market for the various aspects of logistics demand is higher and higher. Good logistics development condition can relieve urban traffic congestion, resource utilization and many other issues; This can promote economic efficiency, environmental protection and sustainable development of the city. In this paper, on the basis of logistics research, at the first, scholars of home and abroad introduce the concept of logistics and logistics distribution, summarizes the research status and developent prospects of logistics and distribution. Then serveral issues of logistics and distribution select model are introduced. Considering the reality of fuzziness and multi-objective, we try to set up a new model of logistics distribution, respectively. In this paper, the main work is as follows:First of all, the transportation problem under fuzzy environment is studied. With fuzzy cost, fuzzy demand and supply of transportation problem, fuzzy transport model is established. Using the chance constrained fuzzy cost equation can be converted to determine the equivalent form, centroid integral method is used to determine the fuzzy demand and supply in order to give a method to prove. For the solution of the model can use matlab to solve, combined with the example of the proposed method that is verified.Secondly, in the real life,a single objective function (cost function) can not be very good response to the requirement of logistics distributionwhich is made by the decision-makers. According to the data verification the requirements of logistics distribution time is higher and higher. Therefore, this article establishs the multi-objective model which the cost and delivery time are as the target. And according to the status of logistics, this article improves the STEM method and solves the model combining with specific example in the end.Finally, it summarizes the shortcomings to the method proposed and makes a of reflection in this paper.
