China's economy is developing at a rapid pace,and the competitive pressures of all walks of life have increased dramatically.As an important part of the supply chain,logistics has become more and more important to all enterprises.Logistics network layout planning is the foundation of the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises.At present,some managers of logistics enterprises in China rely on experience to carry out the layout and location of outlets.It is strong subjective and lack of theoretical and scientific basis.Therefore,the scientific and rational planning of urban logistics network layout in combination with the actual situation of the region and the enterprise is one of the bottlenecks that the relevant enterprises urgently need to break through.This paper takes the network layout problem brought about by the rapid expansion of Tianjin PJ Logistics Company as the research object,analyzes the historical data according to the company,designs the network layout optimization scheme,and uses ArcGIS software to study the site selection of logistics outlets.Firstly,it analyzes the problems of Tianjin PJ's logistics network layout,including the excessive number of sites,the unreasonable structure of logistics network,and the unscientific method of site selection.Then,based on the actual situation of the company and the region,the preliminary withdrawal plan is given.Considering various factors affecting the site selection,the ArcGIS spatial analysis function is used to select candidate sites,the ArcGIS location allocation function is used to obtain the site selection schemes,and the TODIM model method is used to select the optimal solution.Finally,the paper proposes an optimization scheme for the logistics network layout that increases the level of the transit station,and adopts the network level up-scaling method and the ArcGIS location allocation function to select two transit stations in the optimized sites of the core six-zone Tianjin.It completed the logistics network layout optimization research of Tianjin PJ Company and solved the practical problems faced by enterprises.
