After the World Climate Conference in Copenhagen, the world has entered the era of low-carbon economy. In order to follow the development trend, Enterprises must face the new challenges of energy conservation. Among them, the logistics industry as an energy guzzler, has impacted on the ecological environment obviously. Therefore, the energy conservation of the logistics companies is the key to China’s carbon emissions. With the rapid economic development, the trend of China’s logistics business integration has emerged, namely logistics integrators as the core company, integrated resources from logistics providers to provide logistics services. To research Logistics providers selection and task allocation in the low-carbon environment, not only can improve the efficiency, but also can reduce the carbon emissions of logistics enterprises. So the low carbon logistics providers’ selection and tasks distribution are well worth studying. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, doing a thorough literature review from three aspects-logistics providers’ evaluation systems, evaluation methods and tasks assignments. And sort out the change of evaluation criteria and the development of low carbon criteria. On the basis of the traditional logistics providers’evaluation, this article added the low carbon criteria, to establish a low-carbon comprehensive evaluation system for logistics providers. Evaluation system is consisted by the service cost, service quality, service capabilities, level of risk and level of low-carbon five dimensions including 16 criteria, which is more integrity than before.Secondly, the article studied the low-carbon logistics supplier selection and established a DEMATEL-ANP-TOPSIS evaluation model. This model consists of DEMATEL, ANP and TOPSIS three kinds of math method. Based on the low-carbon logistics provider evaluation system, this model uses DEMATEL method to reveal the internal relationship between indicators, combines ANP method to determine the criteria’ weight, applies TOPSIS method to calculate the ranking of suppliers. In the model, the DEMATEL-ANP method not only taking into account the mutual influence of internal indicators, but also revising the same weights in the traditional ANP method. Thus the evaluation results are more correspond to the actual situation. Finally, the paper studied the low-carbon logistics providers’tasks allocation and conducted a fuzzy multi-objective linear programming model. Based on the principles of importance and simplicity, the model choose the service cost, service quality, supplier satisfaction and low carbon level four goals, considering a fuzzy environment, to establish a fuzzy multi-objective linear programming model for low carbon logistics providers’ task allocation. Due to the different importance of each goal, this paper refers Tiwari’s method to converted the decision makers’ linguistic variables into the criteria’ weight by trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, which better reflects the importance of each criterion in the decision-making process. This method can obtain results by less calculation steps, which is more practical.
