Research On The Evaluation System Of Coordinated Development Of Marine-Land Industry In Guangdong Province

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the coordinated development of the land and sea industry has received increasing attention from the governments of coastal cities.Adhering to the overall planning of land and sea and promoting the coordinated development of land and sea industry is an inevitable choice for realizing the sustainable development of land and sea economy.As a large marine economic province,Guangdong Province has rich marine resources and a long history of marine development.For a long time,It has been formed on the basis of traditional marine industries such as marine fishery,marine transportation and marine salt.Coastal tourism and shipbuilding industry are the mainstays.A new dimension of diversified development focused on emerging marine industries such as marine life,offshore equipment,offshore wind power,natural gas hydrates and marine public services.With the further development of marine development in Guangdong Province,the land-sea relationship has become more complicated.On the one hand,the mutual support of the land and sea industry and the complementation of resource elements make it possible to coordinate the development of sea and land;On the other hand,the competition for land and sea space has intensified,the conflicts in the use of coastal resources,and the vicious competition between land and sea industries have seriously affected the realization of the coordinated strategy of land and sea in Guangdong Province and the sustained and healthy development of the regional economy.Accordingly,it is important to comprehensively evaluate the degree of coordinated development of the land and sea industry in Guangdong Province,eliminating the barriers to the coordinated development of land and sea industries,and realizing the sustainable development of the land and sea economy in Guangdong Province.From the perspective of system collaborative development,this paper deeply understands the intrinsic relevance,complementarity and linkage of the sea-land industry synergy through the connotation of the coordinated development of land and sea industry,related concepts and the interpretation and discussion of the dynamic system;combining with the actual development of the land and sea industry in Guangdong Province,based on the quantitative analysis of the development status of the marine industry and land industry in Guangdong Province from three aspects: economic aggregate,industrial structure and utilization of land and sea resources.First,combined with relevant literature and materials,establish an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of land and sea industry in Guangdong Province;Secondly,using the order degree model and the synergy model to measure the coordinated development of land and sea industry in Guangdong Province,and analyze the level of coordinated development of land and sea industry in Guangdong Province;Finally,from the joint development of sea and land industries,improve the utilization efficiency of land and sea resources,based on the correlation between land and sea industry,extending the land and sea industry chain,rationally arranging sea and land industries,and improving the advantages of land and sea industries,the related countermeasures for the coordinated development of land and sea industry in Guangdong Province.
