Study On The Matching Degree Of Land Resources Utilization Of Lakeside And Agricultural Industrial Structure

Along with the implementation of agricultural supply-side structural reform and River Chief System,handling the relationship between land resource and agricultural development properly becomes a challenge in achieving the coordinated development among society,economy and ecology in lakeside regions.In this paper,Shengzhong Lake in Nanbu County is selected,in order to study the coupling between land resource use and agricultural structure.The influence path and effect of the two factors are analyzed,and their coordination degree is analyzed by a quantitative way.It provides theoretical basis for the scientific lakeside agricultural industry layout and optimized lakeside resources configuration,as well as for the ecological protection and agricultural industry transformation and upgrading in lakeside regions.It's of theoretical and practical significance to improve the social and economic development in Shengzhong Lake.In this paper,the theories of lakeside economy,river basin management,land resource configuration,agricultural structure adjustment and coupling are adopted into use.After field investigation,coupling coordination model is applied,so as to analyze the matching relation between land resource use and agricultural structure in Shengzhong Lake.The first part is an introduction to the study;in the second part,concepts and theories are defined and studied;in the third part,the current situation and existing problems of land resource use and agricultural structure are analyzed;in the fourth part,the empirical case of coupling between land resource use and agricultural structure is studied;in the fifth part,conclusions and suggestions are proposed.The main conclusions include:1.In general,the land resource structure in Shengzhong Lake is stable.However,due to the development planning,the land use area decreased somewhat in 2010 and2014,but it conforms to the agricultural industry development of each region.In recent10 years,the total value of agricultural output in Shengzhong Lake increases significantly;the focus of production value structure is inclined to animal husbandry;as for the farming structure,the output of grain,fruit,spice and traditional Chinese herbal medicines increases;as for the animal husbandry structure,the output of pig,cattle,sheep and poultry decreases.2.Major problems existing in the basin of Shengzhong Lake:(1)indistinct management rights and liabilities,and low management efficiency;(2)unclear land use planning,and low land use efficiency;(3)unscientific industry structure adjustment,and difficult agriculture transformation and upgrading;(4)serious environmental pollution,and ecological protection to be improved;and(5)loss of rural labor force,and lack of agriculture science and technology support.3.The land resource use in Shengzhong Lake is moderately coordinated with the agricultural structure.(1)Between 2007 and 2016,the comprehensive assessment function of land resource use and agricultural structure increases year by year,and the change rate within the 10 years is 289.8% and 357.56%,respectively.(2)The coupling degree between land resource use and agricultural structure increases slightly,with about0.5 of coupling degree in general.Within the 10 years,the coupling degree among regions may decrease somewhat,and it fell slightly in 2010 and 2012 to 2014.(3)The coupling degree between land resource use and agricultural structure increases in Shengzhong Lake increases year by year,and the coupling type changes from slightly imbalanced to almost imbalanced to barely coordinated to preliminarily coordinated.In2016,the coupling degree reached 0.6354,and it may be better coordinated in the future.4.Suggestions and countermeasures:(1)coordinating and implementing development planning,to realize scientific management and orderly development;(2)optimizing agricultural structure,to promote coordination between resource and economy;(3)understanding the lakeside protection strategy,to build an ecological barrier;and(4)practicing talent supporting measures,to enhance technology introduction and application.
