Evaluation Study Of Development Level Of Marine Ecological Civilization In China

As a part of the construction of ecological civilization,the construction of marine ecological civilization is an important focus to fully implement the overall layout of "five-in-one" and a pillar of building a powerful marine country.For a long time,the extensive development model adopted in the process of exploitation and utilization of marine resources in China not only led to the low efficiency of marine economic development,but also caused ecological problems such as environmental pollution,resource depletion,and so on.It seriously restricts the sustainable development of marine cause in China.This paper studies the development level of marine ecological civilization in China's coastal areas in order to further understand the current situation and research progress of marine ecological civilization in China,and provide some reference for promoting the construction of marine ecological civilization.Under the guidance of human geography,ecological economics,sustainable development theory and so on,this paper comprehensively evaluates the development level of marine ecological civilization in coastal areas of China on the basis of sorting out the existing research progress of marine ecological civilization.This paper first reviews the research progress of ecological civilization and marine ecological civilization at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the analysis of the importance of the existing marine ecological comprehensive evaluation index,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of marine ecological civilization development level.Taking 11 coastal provinces and cities as the research area,the empirical study is carried out.The temporal and spatial evolution of marine ecological civilization in coastal areas of China is analyzed by entropy weight TOPSIS.Finally,the obstacle factors restricting the development of marine ecological civilization are analyzed by using the obstacle diagnostic model.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:(1)The existing research on marine ecological civilization mainly includes the definition and connotation of marine ecological civilization,the application of marine ecological civilization concept,the construction and application of marine ecological civilization evaluation index system.The construction of marine ecological civilization demonstration zone and the practice analysis of local marine ecological construction.(2)during 2006 and 2015,the development level of marine ecological civilization in China increased steadily.The development level of marineecological civilization has experienced a low level-medium level-good level of development process.(3)During the period of 2006-2015,the change trend of marine development level in11 coastal provinces and cities was obviously different,the position of the top and rear provinces was relatively stable,and the fluctuation of middle provinces and cities was obvious.(4)The spatial pattern of the development level of marine ecological civilization has changed with the passage of time,and the level of development of marine ecological civilization has changed from a lower level to a medium level and then to a better level.The development of marine ecological civilization is obvious and the spatial distribution is becoming more and more reasonable.(5)Among the many obstacle factors,there are obstacles that have universal influence.The influence intensity of each factor in 2006-2015 is dynamic,as far as the coastal provinces and cities are concerned,the obstacle factors of marine ecological civilization have obvious spatial aggregation characteristics.
