Quantitative Evaluation of Slope Stability is one mathematicmethod that uses uncertain mathematics symbol as description and evaluation process to gain a conclusion. Jin sha River is an important hydro-electric base, and there are two hydroelectric stations from Xiangjiaba to Baihetan, Xiang Jiaba and Xiluodu hydroelectric station. So, it is important to evaluate slope stability of this area.This paper analyzing the regularity of deformation and damage of bank slope and determines the controlling factors influenced bank slope stability. Based on analysis of the geological conditions in regions after geohazards, the author studies the controlling factors of bank slope stability in studied area, which provides reference for indexes election, weights and membership degree determination. Then, based on previous achievements of some scholars, a method combining qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation, is put forward to study the method and procedure of establishment of index system for quantitative evaluation of bank slope stability. Combined the contribution of affected factors to bank slope stability with engineering geological conditions, the classification of bank slope stability grades and evaluation criterion of evaluation index quantification, are established. After these studies, two simple and practical mathematic models, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and information method, are established to appraise bank slope stability.This paper gain the following conclusion:1. After analyzing the rule of slope distortion and destroy in the studied area, the author finds the main controlling factors influencing slope stability, such as, lithology, bank slope structure type, tolerance, construction, river geologic action, character of bank slope distortion and destroy, rainfall, etc.2. The author makes the classification standard of bank slope stability and quantitative criterion of evaluation index, then index system for quantitative evaluation of studied area is set up by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation.3. Account to influence degree to bank slope stability, weights of factors in index system are gave by qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation.4. The special topic chart is formed through the analysis for the basal datum and on the basis of GIS system..On the basis of anterior study,the author evaluate the stability of bank slop in the whole study area using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and information method by GHGIS system.
