Research Of Agricultural Production Efficiency In Inner Mongolia

As the basis of national economy,agriculture plays an important role in the development of agricultural production.Therefore,the study of agricultural productivity becomes one of the most important criteria to measure the development of agriculture in a region.In order to promote the further development of agriculture,it is necessary to study the efficiency of agricultural production in the region,and it has profound significance to the long-term development of agriculture.In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the development of agriculture in Inner Mongolia,and further analysis the efficiency of agricultural production in Inner Mongolia.The paper selects the statistical data of Inner Mongolia Statistical Yearbook from 2000 to 2016,In this paper,DEA-Malmquist index is used to analyze and evaluate the agricultural production efficiency in Inner Mongolia,The dynamic changes of total agricultural total factor productivity in different times in Inner Mongolia are calculated,the characteristics of agricultural total factor productivity in Inner Mongolia are analyzed,and the total factor productivity of agriculture is further decomposed into technical progress,technical efficiency and the return on scale returns.On this basis,this paper evaluates and analyzes the trends,characteristics and longitudinal differences of different regions in Inner Mongolia agricultural total factor productivity.In order to find out the specific influencing factors of agricultural production efficiency in Inner Mongolia,Tobit model is used for further analysis.The results show:The total factor productivity of agriculture in Inner Mongolia showed a slow growth trend with a little fluctuation,and the gap in the total factor productivity of each alliance is very small,from the decomposition of total factor productivity,the effect of technological progress on total factor productivity is greater than that of technical efficiency,According to the results,this paper makes several suggestions,like increase investment in agricultural science and technology,improve the practical efficiency of agricultural technology;strengthen agricultural information,which are expected to improve the efficiency of agricultural production in Inner Mongolia.
