This paper has discussed a kind of important mathematical modeling method ----Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, use this method solve a fuzzy comprehensive appraisal problem about teaching quality.Use the modeling method of mathematics transform practical problem into a related mathematics model, make complicated practical problem quantity, obtain quantitative or qualitative analysis conclusion in practical problem, solving the relevant theory and practice problem, this kind of method has already been praised highly by more and more professional personages. So that, studying and popularizing the modeling method of mathematics becomes the important problem that people pay close attention to. There are a lot of modeling of mathematics methods we often use , such as: Elementary analytical method, differential equation method, difference equation method, interpolation and fitted method, mathematical programming method, graph theoretic method, probability statistical method and so on. These methods play a important role while solving the white problem in the practical problem, but the function on the grey and black question is not obvious. So, study and use the theory mathematical modeling method of fuzzy mathematics, seems very important.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method , is a kind of mathematics modeling method to combine fuzzy mathematics with comprehensive evaluation theory. This paper has been commented synthetically to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment through a large number of relevant materials, discusses the basic thought of the theory and basic method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and compares and evaluates their superiority and shortcoming, analyze each characteristic, existing problem and scope of application. In fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, no matter which kind of method, the confirming to the weight is essential, it influences the result on comprehensive evaluation directly. this paper has discussed many methods of confirming the weight. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in solve this practical problem in the evaluation of teacher's teaching quality, especially notice that confirms its weight value, is in the hope of compare the quality of different methods of confirming weight.
