With the rapid development of Chinese economy,industry has become the significant force to stimulate economic development,and the role of industry in the national economy is becoming more and more important.Once earthquakes occur,the earthquake damage will seriously affect the normal operation of industrial enterprises and bring heavy economic loss to those enterprises.However,in early seismic damage loss assessment of industrial enterprises,the loss is included in indoor and outdoor property damage losses which are reported by the related statistics department.The experts can only verify the loss on the basis of the enterprise report.To improve the loss assessment level of industrial enterprises,the seismic damage loss assessment method of industrial enterprises is established by studying a large number of seismic damage data and literatures.1.The classification of seismic damage loss,the calculation model of seismic damage loss and the classification of industrial enterprise are introduced.The current state of loss assessment of industrial enterprises and the component involved in direct economic loss assessment of industrial enterprises are discussed.2.The loss assessment objects of industrial enterprises are determined.The detailed study of each assessment object was conducted.The main appearances of seismic damage are described which provide a basis for the classification of seismic damage grade of the objects in industrial enterprises.3.The current classification criteria of seismic damage grade of industrial structures and equipment in industrial enterprises are compared and analyzed.On the basis of the seismic damage characteristics of each object in those industrial enterprises,some specific suggestions for the classification of seismic damage grade are given.4.Several methods commonly used for determining loss ratio are introduced.According to the classification criteria of seismic damage grade of each assessment object,the recommended loss ratio range of several types of industrial structures is obtained in the appropriate loss ratio calculation method.Referring to the indoor property loss ratio,the inventory loss ratio based on intensity is given by analyzing the corresponding relationship between damage grade and intensity.5.The seismic damage investigation method of industrial enterprises is determined.The seismic damage investigation form and loss calculation formula of each assessment object are made.Eventually the overall process of seismic damage loss assessment for industrial enterprises is established.
