The earthquake emergency response system based on GIS can be used to predict and evaluate the damage of buildings, personnel and property, and provide a timely reference for urban earthquake prevention and disaster relief work.Base on the project which is "Research and development of key technologies of Bijie earthquake emergency response system",the content of the research is seismic damage assessment of buildings and development and application of functional modules related to GIS analysis, the research work is as follows:(1)This paper reviews the methods of seismic risk loss, seismic activity and risk analysis, and the current situation of GIS two development technology at home and abroad.(2)On this basis, combined with the project research and development needs, selecting the evaluation solution of building earthquake damage matrix based on the risk of loss of buildings, will damage dividing building as the basic condition, slight damage, moderate damage, serious damage and destruction of 5 grades, the Ma’anshan earthquake damage matrix calculated for the study area of different types of buildings, with the help of the study area has the parameters of ground motion attenuation model, and the loss of structural damage can be obtained in different buildings within the study area under different earthquake intensity.(3)By using the C#environment and the ArcGIS two Engine development technology, the seismic response field, seismic vulnerability and other computing functions are realized in the earthquake emergency response system.Among them, the seismic dynamic response field calculation module can specify source data or history source and magnitude based on simulated peak acceleration and seismic intensity calculation and visualization;calculation model using Ma’anshan seismic vulnerability module, according to the research area of the building type and seismic grade damage and loss calculation of different categories of buildings. The research of this paper shows that the application of GIS technology in the assessment of the loss of earthquake disaster can quickly and intuitively assess the disaster, and provide reliable and powerful information support for the earthquake disaster relief and reconstruction. |
