With the Land and Resources informatization and digital city construction on going in all parts of the country,building a information system of mineral resources management can provide decision aids for land and resources management departments,which helps the departments master global and full-process information of mineral resources development and utilization timely,accurately and roundly,which including mineral resources exploration,development and utilization,geological disasters and so on;Secondly,the system also set up a platform of management,application,exchange and sharing for the information of mineral resources management.Lastly,it also provides services for mining management work.The paper mainly researches one of typical application examples about the "Mineral Resource Management Information System" in digital Hulunbeier geo-spatial framework construction as a object,and also takes on a comprehensive analysis to mineral resources management business and system construction.The main contents are as follows:(1)Research on the theory and technology of mineral resources management information system,SOA architecture based on Web Services,the map cache technology,NewMap Maps API technology.Implement hybrid Web technology and Flex RIA technology to build system client server;Combine GIS server-NewMap for server with Web server-Java EE to build system server.(2)According to the user experience mode,business needs and system construction targets,the paper researches architecture design of mineral resources management information based on NewMap Server,proposes five layer B/S architecture design plans about "client tier,the business application layer,service layer,data access layer,data layer" and completes system's functional design and database design.(3)Using BlazeDS open source framework,RemoteObject components and in the form of a binary stream to realize communication between Flex and Java EE server,which has less transmission data amount and higher communication efficiency.Besides,URLStream class loading GIS data can make network transmission data in a small amount and draw maps freely and fastly.(4)With the demand of mine administration management work,the paper designs and realizes five major business modules including the mining right management,setting project management,compensation management,reserves management,geological disaster management,covers functions of the map view,query,statistics,spatial analysis,report,dynamic annotation etc,finally realizes the prototype system of mineral resources management information and gets a good practical application in the"Hulunbeir mineral resources management system".
