With the accelerated process of urbanization, urban expansion as an important form of an urbanization of its surrounding ecological environment caused by actual or potential threat to bring a range of issues affecting the sustainable development.Delineation of ecological control lines to protect the city's ecological environment,to maintain the city's internal structure, thus mitigating the the city ecological resources facing enormous pressure for mandatory protection of the city's limited land resources.Illegal use of land within the ecological control lines, would undermine the integrity of the urban ecosystem, pollute the urban ecological environment.Once the ecological environment has been severely damaged,it is difficult to accomplish even irreversible. For the current situation,to simulate future development pattern of the city, under the constraints of the ecological control urban expansion of space-time model for the future which ecological control line sites may be occupied, and thus provide early warning for government decision-making service is very meaningful,it is necessary that the most important..In this paper, the eco-city,theoretical knowledge of the ecological control lines, urban expansion, spatial analysis model eco-city status and significance of urban expansion.Combined with geographic information system(GIS)remote sensing image processing classification theory of Huangdao District,Qingdao, explore and build ecological constraints of the Line of Control District Huangdao District,Qingdao, the city extended space-time model,as well as running the model data in ArcGIS according to mimic diagrams corresponding conclusions provide some help to decision makers.
