Research On Ecological Control Line Delineation And Control Strategy Based On GIS

The rapid development of urbanization is often accompanied by the erosion of the ecological environment,and the problems brought by the rough development of the city are gradually highlighted,which leads to such problems as the fragmentation of the urban ecological environment patches,the reduction of the scope of ecological land use of natural resources.As our country pays more and more attention to the construction of urban ecological civilization,it is of great significance to study the relationship between ecological development and urban construction and seek the balance between them,and the delineation of ecological control line has gradually become a hot issue.Further maturity of relevant ecological theory and GIS software technology also provides favorable conditions for the study of ecological control line delineation.This paper discusses some problems of ecological development in jinzhou city,from the perspective of ecological planning,synthesizes "anti-planning" theory,land use "game theory ",sustainable development theory,landscape ecology theory,and carries out the delineation of ecological control line in jinzhou city,and puts forward corresponding control strategies.First of all,through literature collation,field investigation,data analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the present situation of ecological space in Jinzhou City,and puts forward two construction methods based on ecological suitability and ecological security pattern to delimit the scope of ecological control line.Based on the method of constructing ecological suitability,ecological assessment factors are selected and GIS techniques are used According to the method of ecological security pattern construction,the ecological security pattern of "patch-corridor-matrix" was constructed from the viewpoint of landscape ecology.Then,considering the situation of long-term urban construction expansion,the scope delineated by the two methods is superimposed and "game" with the boundary of urban development.After checking the boundary and land scale of the urban ecological control line,the final ecological control line is optimized,and delimit the area and land type according to the way of "grading-classification ".Finally,the two-level control areas and land use classification are controlled,and the urban ecological construction and development are carried out from three aspects: the construction of the ecological restoration project in the line,the guidance of the built land in the line andthe linkage of the industry inside and outside the line.A set of ecological control line delineation method based on GIS is discussed in this study,which complements the theoretical research of ecological control line to some extent.At the same time,taking Jinzhou City as an example,the delineation scope and control strategy of its ecological control line are determined,which provides a certain reference angle for other cities' delineation research.
