The Study Of Protection And Utilization On Landscape Resources In Hainan Wuzhizhou Island

With the received popular recognition of island tourism,the tourism-based uninhabited island is gradually becoming a hot spot of tourism development and theoretical research because of its specific landscape resources.Now,the landscape resources of tourism-based uninhabited island are developed in unprecedented strength and scope by the increasing demand of tourism.However,it also brings some problems and evokes a wide range of social concern.Most of research tries to solve the sustainable development of landscape resources which is aimed at the characteristics of uninhabited island.In fact,the protection and utilization of the landscape resources of tourism-based uninhabited island embodies a process of multi-agent and dynamic value.This paper quantifies the dynamic effects of the various aspects of factors in protection and utilization of the landscape resources on its valve embodiment,and takes the Hainan Wuzhizhou island as an example to elucidate some basic principles and measures in the protection and utilization of the landscape resources of tourism-based uninhabited island.The landscape resources of tourism-based uninhabited island possess the multi-attribute properties,included nature,politics,economic and society,that makes its landscape resources have three distinct levels of value,i.e.,the compensation value,direct value and derived value,which takes natural landscape resources and human landscape as carrier.From the progress of development and protection of landscape resources,the distinct agent has a deviated value orientation that makes the landscape resources of tourism-based uninhabited island have dynamic value in different time stages.Combined with the spot investigation,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and comprehensive evaluation,this paper focuses on the construction of some index system on value embodiment of the landscape resources of tourism-based uninhabited island,by calculation of related data which is collected by questionnaire survey and expert consultation.Furthemore,we consider the main factors in the progress of development and protection of landscape resources in different value levels to make a whole evaluation on the value embodiment.With the actual progress of the development and protection of landscape resources in Hainan Wuzhizhou island,we analyze the influence of the deviated value orientation of different agent on the development and protection of landscape resources,and the related factors are sorted according to the degree of influence,which will affect directly the value level and value embodiment in the development and protection of landscape resources in Hainan Wuzhizhou island,that is,water quality,natural disasters,island biodiversity and island forest coverage in natural landscape resources,as well as domestic garbage and sewage treatment,tourist facilities and management level in human resources.Finally,we conclude the general mode of the development and protection of landscape resources of tourism-based uninhabited island,that is,protection of compensation value,pursuing direct value and promoting derived value,and propose a series of protection measures and principles.
