China is a large ocean country.A large amounts of natural resources and renewable marine energy resources in the coastal waters of China are important resources and carriers for the healthy and sustainable development of China's national economy.With the rapid development of the marine economy,since 2010,China has successively carried out the remediation work of coastal space resources of important sea areas to protect the coastal sea areas space resources,which has initially exerted significant resources and environmental and socio-economic effects.In 2014,the “Research and Application of Key Technologies for Evaluation of Inshore Water Space Improvement and Development Inventory Assessment”,a marine public welfare project undertaken by the National Marine Environment Monitoring Center,proposed the establishment of a maritime decision-making support system for space rectification and optimization.According to the background of this project,designed and developed a management information system of Management Information system for the Spatial comprehensive renovation of nearshore Sea area.This paper is the development of attribute data management system.This system is based on ASP.NET MVC to develop,use the third party control-DevExpress to design interface and adopt SQL Server to manage database.The system consists of two subsystems: management information system for project management department and technology application system for technical support unit.Management information subsystem is aimed at China's marine remediation and repair project,and has scientifically managed the basic information,organization and management,reports,progress,assessment indicators,repair effects and other contents.And the technology application subsystem integrates technical solutions,cases,aftereffect evaluation models,method of development stock assessment and method of utilization potential assessment which are proposed by various technical support units from several aspects such as the sea space remediation technology,the assessment of sea space remediation effectiveness,the evaluation of the sea area space development stock,the evaluation of the sea space utilization potential and so on,so the subsystem finally can achieve the calculation of the model and assessment methods,and also can quickly test the sensitivity and accuracy of the assessment model and calculation methods.Besides these two subsystems,the system has the functions of automatic data storage and data processing,which significantly improve work efficiency.The innovations in this article are as follows:(1)In MVC mode,based on the principle of table-driven method,the fields in the data table are described by string.Parse descriptions in view settings based on column template technology,as different types of columns in the DevExpress GridView control.All kinds of data tables are displayed and edited in a unified way,which improves the efficiency of programming.(2)In MVC mode,a custom dual-line Gantt chart is implemented based on the DevExpress GridView control to display and manage the project progress,which enriches the expressiveness of the system.(3)Based on Office API and ADO.NET technology,the function of granularity analysis data to database storage and granularity analysis data chart filling is realized,which greatly improves the efficiency of work.
