Research On The Relationship Between Marine Resources Development And Marine Economic Growth In China

Ocean is an important part of human living environment,closely related to human survival and development.Marine resources are the material,energy and space resources existing in the ocean.There is a complex correlation and interaction between the level of exploitation and utilization of marine resources and the growth of marine economy.With the rapid development of marine economy in China,the exploitation of marine resources has been deepened,resulting in the depletion of marine resources and environmental pollution in coastal waters.The role of marine resources development in promoting the growth of marine economy has weakened.The factors supporting the development of marine economy in China have undergone profound changes,and the relationship between marine resources and marine economic growth is also changing.Therefore,the relationship between the development of marine resources and the growth of marine economy is calculated,and the regional differences and laws of the relationship between the exploitation of marine resources and the growth of marine economy are studied based on the spatial characteristics of the relationship.It is of definite guiding significance for the coastal provinces of our country to grasp the response trend and extent of marine economic growth to marine resources development and to promote the coordinated development of marine resources and marine economy.This article from the marine biological resources,marine mineral resources,marine resources development and construction of evaluation index system of comprehensive index of marine space resources and marine tourism resources in four aspects,using a fuzzy logic approach on entropy weight to measure the relative membership degree of China’s marine resources development index,the relationship between the VAR model to measure the exploitation of marine resources and marine economic growth in on this basis,and analyzes the relationship between spatial characteristics,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2001 to 2015,the comprehensive index of marine resources development in China is significantly increased.Among them,2001 to 2005,the comprehensive index of marine resources development in China increased from 29.342 to 34.259,was the continued slow growth of 2005 to 2015,China’s marine resources development index fluctuation increase,reaching in 2013 in recent years,the development of marine resources comprehensive index of peak 43.714.Guangdong,Shandong province two marine resources development index of the highest level;Zhejiang,Fujian,Liaoning marine resourcesdevelopment index is higher;Tianjin,Hainan,Jiangsu,Hebei marine resources development index lower level;Shanghai,Guangxi marine resources development index is low.(2)There is a significant correlation between China’s marine resources and marine economy,marine economic growth and fluctuation tendency of response of exploitation of marine resources,there are obvious differences,the lag period of Tianjin,Liaoning,Zhejiang,Shandong,Guangxi and Hainan in response to the exploitation of marine resources marine economy belongs to the wave type response;Hebei,Shanghai,Jiangsu.Fujian,Guangdong ocean economic response to the exploitation of marine resources to smooth response.According to the different type of fluctuation influence the development of marine resources in China’s coastal areas to the marine economy growth,the development strategy of provincial marine resources development should be emphasized.(3)The relationship between marine economy and marine resources development in China in the overall distribution of space,in Shandong,Guangdong in response to the low value center is two,the degree of response to increasing.The relationship between the north-south direction and marine economic development level has consistency in the spatial distribution.In the provinces and regions where the level of marine economic development is high,the marine economy is less dependent on the development of marine resources;in the provinces where the level of marine economic development is low,The economic growth of the ocean is highly dependent on the development of marine resources.(4)The relationship between marine economy and marine resources development in different degree of response type in space is concentrated.The characteristics of various types of alternating discontinuous distribution.Guangdong,Shandong,Fujian and Tianjin between0.001-0.041 degree pulse response,which belongs to the weak response;Hebei,Liaoning,Zhejiang,the impulse response degree between 0.041-0.075,Shanghai,Jiangsu is a weaker response;impulse response between 0.075-0.150,which belongs to the strong response;Guangxi,Hainan between 0.150-0.340 degree pulse response,belong to a strong response.
