There are more than 500 germplasm banks in the world,with more than 1 million 800 thousand collection of germplasm resources.The Germplasm Base has laid a rich material base for the study of the origin and evolution of crops and the cultivation of new varieties of crops.Germplasm resources as the agricultural heritage and natural resources is extremely precious,is an essential material basis for breeding and genetic improvement,but also an important material of biological research,crop germplasm collection,preservation,management and evaluation of four aspects of the management and evaluation of crop germplasm resources,to strengthen the management and protection of germplasm,implementation resource management informatization,standardization,strengthen the protection of crop germplasm resources,to further improve has important significance for variety innovation and resource evaluation mechanism.The main goal of this paper is the construction of crop germplasm resources nursery to save existing materials as the main object,the development of germplasm germplasm resources data management and analysis function,resources character statistics,germplasm management function,reference function index records,intelligent retrieval,focus on solving the database file structure,retrieval method,data analysis model and network technology the application of computer technology,information management of germplasm resources,promote innovation and utilization of Crop Germplasm resources.The multiple linear regression analysis model was used in the system function of germplasm analysis.Because a certain attribute of germplasm resources is usually associated with multiple factors,and these attributes are linear.Therefore,multiple linear regression analysis method is adopted to predict or estimate dependent variables by the combination of multiple independent variables.The prediction or estimation of multiple linear regression models is more effective and more practical,and has strong practical significance for the stability analysis of germplasm resources.This function module is the most important function of the whole system.The whole system is designed based on the three tier architecture.The system is implemented based on the C/S mode,and the C/S structure is applied to the overall application.The program is designed based on Visual Basic 6 language,and the SQL Server 2000 database system is applied.The system has functions such as data processing,germplasm analysis,data analysis,generating index database,system operation,germplasm citation record,system assistance and other functional modules,which can comprehensively improve the predictability,accuracy and scientificity of germplasm resources management.
