| Forest germplasm resources are the carriers of forest genetic diversity,the important basic resources for realizing biodiversity and ecosystem diversity,and the gene source for solving the problem of homogenization of forest trees and breeding new varieties in the present and future.Investigation and analysis of current situation are of great significance to the conservation of forest germplasm resources,the protection of ecological diversity and the improvement of forest quality.Wulian County is located in the northern part of Rizhao City,Shandong Province,with mountainous and hilly terrain and abundant forest germplasm resources.In this study,the forest germplasm resources in Wulian County were investigated through scientific investigation routes and sample plots.The current data of forest germplasm resources such as wild trees,cultivated trees,ancient and famous trees and rare and endangered tree species were obtained systematically.On this basis,the current situation,distribution areas and types of forest germplasm resources and community composition were analyzed.The protection and utilization of forest germplasm resources,development of application value of woody plants and promotion of healthy and sustainable development of forestry in Wulian County were discussed,and development suggestions were put forward.Investigation and analysis show that:(1)There are 310 species of woody plants belonging to 62 families and 137 genera in Wulian County.It includes 19 gymnosperms,291 angiosperms,31 evergreen/semi-evergreen woody plants and 279 deciduous woody plants.Including 9 new recorded species in Shandong Province and 7 new recorded species in Chinese flora.(2)There are 220 species of wild woody plants and 90 species of cultivated woody plant resources in Wulian County,of which 36 species are both cultivated and wild distributed.There are many rare and endangered plants,of which 2 are listed in the national level II protection and 18 are listed in Shandong Province.There are 217 ancient and famous trees,belonging to 19 families,30 genera and 37 species,including Coptis chinensis,Ginkgo biloba,Jujube,Chinese locust and Platycladus orientalis,which are more than 1000 years old and more than 600 years old.(3)The Wulianshan-Jiuxianshan system is the most abundant and representative area of forest germplasm resources in Wulian County.According to Mr.Wu Zhengyong'sclassification of the distribution types of the flora of seed plants in China,and considering the origin and development characteristics of the genera,283 species of the Wulianshan system belong to 132 genera and can be divided into 13 distribution types and 21 variants.Among them,there are 41 genera and 125 species of North Temperate Distribution Type,6 genera and 6 species of Chinese endemic Distribution Type,12 genera and 17 species of East Asian Distribution Type,3 genera and 3 genera of Temperate Asia Distribution Type,19 genera and39 species of East Asia and North America Discontinuous Distribution Type,and 6 genera and 18 species of World Distribution Type.There are 86 genera and 207 species of the world-distributed genera and temperate plants,accounting for 65.2% and 73.7% of the total genera and species in the region,respectively.It reflects that the flora has obvious characteristics of warm zone flora,and reflects the climatic conditions of the region.It has certain tropical relatives and can basically meet the growth needs of some tropical and subtropical plants. |
