In order to achieve the goal of "two hundred years",the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is one of the three major strategies. Its strategic position and importance are indispensable, and its development prospects are crucial. At the same time, the pressure on the ecological environment has gradually increased. For the sake of long-term interests,we cannot completely sacrifice our beautiful home for economic development.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should be scientific, green and sustainable.Based on the concept of sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, this article describes the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Basin and the development of each city circle. The development of different city circles is quite different;the environmental results show that Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Anhui Province industries in 2017 Wastewater discharge is too high, while Chongqing,Guizhou and Yunnan have relatively few discharges. In terms of ecological construction,Sichuan,Yunnan and Hunan attach the most importance to local ecological construction, with a large amount of investment.(2)Combine the spatial correlation theory to analyze the spatial correlation of GDP per capita and consumption per unit of GDP of the provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results show that both indicators have significant global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation in space.(3)Based on the collected panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 11-17 years,an indicator system for the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was established, and the corresponding score was given using the entropy weight method.Scoring results: Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang are in the first echelon of sustainable development;Hubei,Sichuan,Hunan and Jiangxi have a combined score of 0.065-0.07 in the second echelon;Chongqing,Yunnan,Anhui and Guizhou are in the third echelon.(4)Using the adjacent weight matrix as the primary spatial weight matrix, enter the Stata command to test and estimate each spatial panel data model. The results show that the individual effect spatial panel Dubin model is the optimal model among several models. After the effect decomposition, the added value of the industrial industry and the total import and export trade have a significant direct impact on the per capita GDP of the region. The ratio of the added value of the tertiaryindustry to GDP in other regions and the added value of the industrial industry have a significant effect on the per capita GDP of the region.Space spillover effect.(5)Compare the spatial panel Dubin model under different spatial weight matrix.(6)Generally speaking,to develop the economy,it is necessary to develop in a coordinated manner with neighboring regions, enhance import and export trade, and increase the ratio of the added value of tertiary industry to GDP in the region. In addition, while increasing the added value of the industrial industry,it is still necessary to pay attention to adjusting the industrial structure and optimizing the structure to improve the conversion rate of the reactants in the production process, reduce resource waste and industrial pollutant emissions, and strive to follow major sustainable development guidelines.
