The test materials is highbush blueberry Duke which is the introduction from Shandong.It's mainly sulpHur powder vinegar,and ferrous sulfate,rainwater as the soil acidity modifier,with measuring the pH of soil improvement,growth potential of blueberry plants,comparison of chloropHyll content and the measurement of total sugar,blueberry fruit soluble sugar,reducing sugar,titratable acid,sugar acid ratio,fruit type ratio.As a result,which to determine the best theory of blueberry soil improvement introduction in Shanxi area.The experimental results are as follows.(1)It is a slow and long process that the sulfur powder modify the soil.The experiment of plant is divided into each hole 50g,100g,150g three gradient planting hole to improve,the improvement of soil pH has changed significantly 4-6 months later,which improved the effect of each line 150g makes the soil pH drop needed to pH<7that blueberries needed acidic soil in about 4 months,and it reaches the lowest pH=5.12 in about 6 months,.100g plant whose the soil pH is reduced to pH<7 in about 5 months,and the soil reaches pH=5.45 in about 6 months.50g plant pH is reduced to pH<7 in about 5 months and the soil pH reached pH=6.03 in 7 months.(2)Because the soil pH has not been reduced to acid soil,adding to vinegar,ferrous sulfate rainwater which based on 100g sulfur powder to improve the available soil.The improvement of vinegar,ferrous sulfate is divided into 3 levels:the vinegar 1.2.3 were pH=4.0,pH =5.0,pH=6.0 and were water every 20 days,then the second test results were pH=4,56,pH=5.53,pH=6.32.Ferrous sulfate 1,2,3 were divided into 0.5%,1%,1.5%and irrigate them,the measured pH=6.43,pH=5.83,pH=5.28,.But the acid of sulfur acid ferrous continues a longer time on soil.(3)The growth potential of blueberry plants show some differences in different soil pH.Plant growth is no significant difference in spring about 50g,100g,150g treatment and growth of branches were all 18.4cm,but the main plant mulched the average growth rate reached 22.3cm.After the use of vinegar,ferrous sulfate,rainwater to the available soil,the summer annual shoot growth potential had significant difference is:vinegar 1>vinegar 2>ferrous sulfate 3>ferrous sulfate 2>vinegar 3>rainwater>vinegar>ferrous sulfate 1.The diameter variation and annual branches have a certain difference:vinegar 1>ferrous sulfate 3>ferrous sulfate 2>vinegar2>ferrous sulfate 1>vinegar 3>rainwater.Shanxi is in the area of acid rain.The rainwater pH is between 5.0-5.5 in shower or short-time rainfall,and the collected rainwater pH is about 6 in long time droping of rain.(4)The chloropHyll content of blueberry leaves is different in different soil pH.ChloropHyll content of ferrous sulfate3 was 1.45mg/g most,and vinegar 1 is 1.41mg/g.The result as follow:ferrous sulfate 3>vinegar 1>ferrous sulfate 2>sulfur3>vinegar 2>ferrous sulfate 1>rainwaterl>film 1>sulfur2>vinegar 3>sulfurl.(5)Blueberries pHysiological index and the blueberries in the supermarket compared as follow:Total sugar:sample<supermarket;Soluble sugar:sample>supermarket;Reducing sugar:sample<supermarket;Titratable acid:sample>supermarket;Soluble solids:sample<supermarket;Fruit type index:sample>supermarket;The ratio of sugar and acid:sample<supermarket.
