Methods Of Fermentation Preparation Soil Conditioner By Inoculating The Fallow Soil To Organic Fertilizer

Tobacco plays a very important role in the development of China's national economy.With the improvement of living standard,tobacco quality has attracted much attention.For a long time,China's tobacco cultivation,the extensive use of chemical fertilizers,resulting in soil degradation,productivity decline,has become the impact of China's tobacco industry,one of the main factors of healthy development.In this paper,a method of fermentation preparing soil conditioner with repair function was established by using the method of recovering organic fertilizer from fallow soil.First of all,we can find the microbial diversity index of soil remediation effect by differential analysis,The results showed that the screening formula was correct and the evaluation index was reliable.The results showed that the method was simple and accurate.The results showed that the soil conditioner was inoculated with organic fertilizer.And then through the pot experiment to prove the importance of using domestic fertilization inoculation of organic fertilizer and the evaluation of the soil remediation effect of soil conditioner products;Finally,the surface reaction study was used to determine the optimum conditions for the preparation of soil conditioner by inoculation of organic fertilizer.The production process and technical parameters were formed.Main research contents and results:(1)Repeated experiments showed that the resting soil had some repairs to the tobacco growing soil.The Shannon diversity index,Simpson index and McIntosh index were measured by Biolog EcoPlatenTM microplate technique.The diversity of microbial diversity Evaluation index.(2)The orthogonal preparation was used to screen the preparation of soil conditioner with secondary solid fermentation with inoculation of organic fertilizer.Formula 1:12%alcohol organic fertilizer,8%cow dung organic fertilizer,4%earthworm feces organic fertilizer,8%rapeseed cake organic fertilizer,12%Dregs organic fertilizer,30%the fallow soil,26%river sand;Formula 2:12%alcohol organic fertilizer,8%cow dung organic fertilizer,4%earthworm feces organic fertilizer,8%rapeseed cake organic fertilizer,0%Dregs organic fertilizer,30%the fallow soil,26%river sand.After incubator and the test proved that both pot experiment using a microbial diversity reliability evaluation index,better than a formulation recipe two practical application,thereby determining production formula.(3)The results of pot experiment show that the importance of inoculation of organic fertilizer with cultivated soil must be through the process of domestication(secondary solid fermentation);At the same time,through the analysis of soil microbial diversity index and the growth traits of tobacco plants,it was shown that the soil conditioner prepared by this method had significant bioremediation function:The soil Shannon diversity index was 0.86 higher than that of the barrier soil(single application of nitrogen),which was 0.21 higher than that of NPK +acclimated culture formula;The soil Simpson index increased by 15.15 compared with the obstructive soil,and increased by 2.63 compared with that of NPK + acclimated culture;The plant height of the tobacco plant was increased by 34.18cm,which was 4.34cm higher than that of the NPK + non-domesticated culture formula;The effective leaf number of the treated tobacco plant increased by 6.2 pieces compared with the obstacle soil treatment,which increased by 1.2 compared with the NPK + non-domesticated culture formula;The dry weight of the whole leaf was increased by 10.9 g,which was 0.43 g higher than that of the NPK + non-domesticated culture formula.(4)The optimum conditions for the preparation of soil conditioner by secondary solid fermentation using inoculated soil were studied by surface response method:temperature 31 ?,pH 7.0,fermentation time 49 d.In this paper,the production formula,technical process and parameters of the remediation effect of soil conditioner were prepared by secondary solid fermentation with inoculation of organic fertilizer.The technical process and parameters were as follows:12%distiller's grains organic fertilizer,8%cow manure organic fertilizer,4%Of the organic fertilizer,8%oil dry organic fertilizer,12%slag organic fertilizer,30%perennial and 26%of the river sand are fully mixed to adjust the relative water content to 60%,pH 7.0,at 31 ?ambient conditions Continuous fermentation was carried out for 49 days.The method of preparing soil conditioner with soil repairing function by inoculation of organic fertilizer was studied.The method has a certain practical value and can play a role in the production.
