The balance of cultivated land occupancy is an important measure to solve the contradiction between land use demand and farmland protection,but in the process of implementing the balance of arable land,because the sources of supplementary cultivated land are mainly industrial and mining abandoned land and homesteads,most of them use the reconstruction method of direct soil backfilling,and due to cost and transportation problems,most of the soil is taken from the surrounding areas,resulting in soil mixing in the tillage layer,the core soil layer,and the raw soil layer,and the soil surface is flattened by heavy machinery,resulting in soil compaction,low nutrient content,The problem of poor water retention and low yield,coupled with the preference for chemical fertilizers or less application of organic fertilizers in the planting process by farmers in pursuit of yield and short-term benefits,has led to further deterioration and compaction of soil structure.In order to solve the problems of soil compactness,poor water holding capacity and low soil strength of the supplementary cultivated land,this study used fermented agricultural waste as the main material,mixed with different proportions of alfalfa powder,polyacrylamide,bentonite and vermiculite for mixed granulation,studied the physical and chemical properties and fertility characteristics of soil regulators of different formulations,and studied the effects of soil conditioners of different formulations on the improvement effect of soil conditioners on the reconstruction of soil and the growth characteristics and yield of corn by using the experimental method of combining pond planting and field.The main findings are as follows:(1)Through the study of the physicochemical properties and fertility characteristics of the soil regulator itself,it is found that the alfalfa powder,polyacrylamide,bentonite and vermiculite of different formulations have a significant impact on the physical and chemical properties and fertility characteristics of the soil regulator,and the p H value and GI value are7.63?7.74,88.83%?93.31%,the organic matter content is up to 63.30%,and the total nutrient content is up to 10.25%.(2)In this study,the effects of the combined application of chemical fertilizers with different formulations on the improvement of remodeled soils and the effects of maize growth and yield on the combined application of different formulations of soil conditioners were compared with CK1 and commercially available organic fertilizers combined with CK2.The results of the maize pond planting test showed that the application of soil conditioners of different formulations and chemical fertilizers could improve the organic matter and nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrient content of the soil to varying degrees,reduce the p H value and bulk density of the soil,improve the field water holding capacity,saturated water content,soil enzyme activity and bacterial diversity of the soil,and improve the physical and chemical properties and microbial activity of the soil.Specifically,the soil bulk density(1.46 g·cm-3)under the soil regulator treatment was significantly reduced by 11.67%compared with the CK1treatment(1.66 g·cm-3),which was significantly reduced by 7.58%compared with the CK2treatment(1.58 g·cm-3),and the soil organic matter content,total nitrogen,saturated water content and field water holding were increased by 45.39%,16.99%,54.37%and 46.43%compared with the CK1 treatment,respectively,and 29.59%compared with the CK2 treatment,respectively,and 29.59%compared with the CK2 treatment.11.86%,42.33%,31.63%,soil urease activities and sucrase activities increased by 27.24%and 16.48%respectively compared with CK1 treatment,and increased by 15.64%and 8.55%respectively compared with CK2treatment.The application of soil regulators can also promote the photosynthesis of maize and improve yield,and the yield of maize under the soil regulator treatment has increased by 5.50%to 26.11%compared with the application of single chemical fertilizer,of which the soil regulator F7(A3B1C3)has the best yield increase effect,which is significantly increased by26.11%and 21.69%compared with CK1 and CK2 treatments.According to the comprehensive index analysis,the best scheme for soil regulator is F7,that is,fermented agricultural waste is mixed with 8%alfalfa powder,0.1%polyacrylamide,7%bentonite and 8%vermiculite.(3)At the same time as the pond planting test,a moderate amount of soil conditioner F4(fermented agricultural waste with 6%alfalfa powder,0.1%polyacrylamide,7%bentonite and6%vermiculite)was selected for preliminary field verification.Field experiments showed that under the treatment of chemical fertilizer and soil conditioner combined with chemical fertilizer,the physical and chemical properties and soil enzyme activities of the soil were significantly improved,and the yield of maize was significantly improved.The treatment effect of soil conditioner with chemical fertilizer is better than that of commercial organic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer treatment,Specifically,the soil bulk density and soil p H reached 1.49 g·cm-3and 7.42,which were significantly reduced by 7.27%and 6.51%compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer treatment,respectively,and significantly reduced by 2.83%and 2.67%compared with the CK2 treatment,and the soil organic matter content,total nitrogen content,alkaline nitrogen content and available phosphorus content were up to 6.43 g·kg-1,0.76 g·kg-1,56.47 mg·kg-1,14.12 mg·kg-1,respectively.Compared with the CK1 treatment,it was significantly increased by 19.06%,13.95%,34.55%,7.09%,2.82%,respectively,8.50%,3.50%,14.49%,5.27%,3.49%,and the soil field water holding and saturated water content were up to 21.33%and 33.00%,which were significantly increased by 33.31%and 35.64%compared with the CK1 treatment,and 16.37%compared with the CK2 treatment.20.75%,soil urease activities and sucrase activities up to 3.24?g/(g·d),11.44 mg/(g·d),significantly higher than CK1 treatment of 20.00%,12.80%,compared with CK2 treatment significantly increased by 9.95%,6.38%.The yield of maize under the soil regulator treatment reached 6519.76 kg·hm-2,which was significantly increased by 6.37%and 2.41%compared with CK1 and CK2 treatments,respectively.(4)Different formulations of soil conditioners with chemical fertilizers have the effect of improving soil,improving soil fertility,increasing yield and increasing income,especially after fermentation of agricultural wastes with 8%alfalfa powder,0.1%polyacrylamide,7%bentonite and 8%vermiculite compound chemical fertilizer can more effectively improve the soil fertility,soil water retention,soil enzyme activity,soil microbial diversity and corn yield of supplementary farmland,and finally achieve the purpose of improving soil,increasing production and income.
