The Study Of Resource Consumption In Liaoning Province Based On Input-Output Analysis

Since China's reform and opening up,the rapid development of Liaoning province economy has made remarkable achievements,but along with the rapid economic growth is the large number of resources consumption and rapid environmental deterioration.Facing the resource crisis and sustainable development,on the one hand,we need to seek to measure social resources consumption and evaluation method,on the other hand,we need to analyze economy,environment,industry development model for scientific and constantly adjust the industrial structure,optimize the allocation of resources,the transformation of the mode of economic development,This research adopts the methods of data collection from bottom to top,in liaoning province,shenyang,dalian,anshan all kinds of resource consumption data to collect summary,regional resource consumption indexes are obtained.Including the period 1995-2012,the regional energy,food,dissipative material,building materials four categories of resource consumption data and the energy consumption data of 37 industry in liaoning province.The results show that in 1995 to 2012,the total resource consumption in liaoning province from 288 million tons to 831 million tons,the food consumption reduced from 21.354 million tons to 14.185 million tons,dissipative material from 3.442 million tons to 4.263 million tons,energy consumption increase from 207 million tons to 460 million tons,construction material consumption increase from 55 million tons to 352 million tons.The regional food consumption gradually reduce,the consumption of total resources,energy and dissipation,material have increased,construction materials,especially,the construction material consumption has got the fastest growing,most growth.This study uses the proposed about the mountain environment analysis method by academician lu,in liaoning province,shenyang,dalian,anshan,during the period of 1995-2012,the quantitative relationship between resource consumption and economic growth are analyzed.The results show that,the total resource consumption in liaoning province are relative decoupling with economic growth,food consumption is absolute decoupling with economic growth,dissipative material consumption is relative decoupling with economic growth,energy consumption is relative decoupling with economic growth,construction material consumption without decoupling to economic growth.The regional resource consumption situation and the situation of the liaoning province are basically identical.For the study of different industries of resource consumption and consumption structure of liaoning province to you driver,this study will input-output analysis method and the resource consumption data link in liaoning province,respectively for 1997,2002,2007,2012,food consumption,energy consumption in liaoning province,dissipative material consumption,construction material is cast analysis of resource consumption driven,and five categories of inducing factors of all kinds of resource consumption-from urban residents,rural residents' consumption,consumption,government consumption and investment analysis.The results show that the construction industry is the key to driving the total resource consumption in liaoning province,investment is the most critical induction of the total resource consumption in liaoning province;Resource mining and processing manufacturing industry is the most critical driving of energy consumption,outflow is the most critical economic activity that induced energy consumption.Finally,combined with the utilization of the resources of the liaoning province over the last 20 years,the economic development of the industrial structure in liaoning province at different periods,industry of resource consumption function and the influence of the change,the inducing factors that affect the consumption of resources,for the resources utilization,industrial structure adjustment of liaoning province,the allocation of resources optimization are proposed.
