Qinling Mountains support a huge variety of plant resources and rich biodiversity.As an important component of biodiversity,habitat-limited plants have high scientific value,ecological value,economic value and social value,so it is urgent to strengthen the conservation and research of habitat-limited plants in the Qinling Mountains.Based on the needs of the project and the survival and protection of habitat-limited plants,this paper established a database system of habitat-limited plants with a variety of development tools.Then we chose a typical plant Juniperus formosana as the research object,286 occurrence points and 22 environmental variables that were considered to be most likely influences on the geographic distribution were used in the Maxent model.Then divide the habitat suitability classes and identify the major environmental variables influencing the potential geographic distribution of J.formosana under current climatic condition.The future geographic distributions of J.formosana were consequently predicted for the 2050 s and 2070 s,based on two kinds of different climate projection scenarios and analysed the trend of spatial pattern.The experimental results are as follows:1.There are 721 species of habitat-limited plants in the Qinling Mountains,belonging to337 genera and 100 families.2.On the basis of field investigation and comprehensive analysis of the relevant data,this paper collected and sorted out the basic classification information,life type,morphological characteristics and habit,whether it is indicating plants,origin and distribution,fitness elevation,use,whether it is unique,special habitat,endangered grade and plant images.Then we used MySQL as the background database,Apache as the Web server,PHP as the programming languages and established habitat-limited plants information database.3.The key features of the database system is the query and maintenance functions.User can query the species information in the database with fuzzy query,and the database administrator also can be modify,delete and add species information.4.Take J.formosana as an example,the potential geographical distribution area of J.formosana can be divided into highly suitable area,good suitable area,moderate suitable area,low suitable area and very low suitable area according to the habitat suitability classes.Under the current climatic conditions,the highly suitable area of J.formosana accounted for 0.21%of the total land of China,and is mainly distributed in southeastern Sichuan,southern Shaanxi,southwestern Hubei,northwestern Hunan and eastern Jiangxi.5.The AUC value of the model is greater than 0.93,indicating that the prediction results are reliable and has certain reference value.And the contribution rate of the environmental variables that affect the distribution of J.formosana was: bio12> elelvation> bio9> bio7>bio3> bio14.6.The model predictions are shown that with the global warming,the highly suitable area of J.formosana has an obvious tendency to move northward,and the suitable area will increase in the future.
