The system using theArcGIS Engine tools developed the land development management information system for users,realized input the CAD and geographic information data, query space information, distance andarea measurement, management text information, export charts, print data, eagle eye locationand other functions. It can be applied to the information management stage of the landdevelopment and settle, and realize the digital management information system successfully.
