With the release of the national foreign policy,foreign well-known electrical enterprisessuch as ABB,Schneider and SIEMENS settled in the Chinese market,which made the competitive electric market become more and more fierce.These foreign well-known electrical enterprises have strong competitive advantages in brand,technology,quality,service level and many other aspects.They occupy a huge market share in the high-end market of the electrical industry.For M Electric Company,how to occupy a place in the fierce market competition,seize market opportunities,identify target customers,formulating the marketing strategy suitable for the development of the company has become a pressing problem for M Electric Company.This article combines the development of M Electric Company,on the basis of marketing theory,depth analysis of the company's general situation,marketing status,marketing strategy analysis,etc.,and the internal and external environment of the company was analyzed by SWOT,so as to formulate the marketing strategy and guarantee measures for the development of M Electric Company.First,systematically expounds the related concepts of marketing,includes the concept of marketing,the concept of marketing strategy and the concept of relationship marketing,elaborated the marketing related theory,Including STP strategy,SWOT analysis method and 4P marketing theory,etc..Second,starting from the actual sales situation of M Electric Company,depth analysis of the company's general situation,marketing status,marketing strategy analysis.Third,from the actual situation of M Electric Company's sales,the company's internal and external environment of the SWOT comprehensive analysis.Fourth,starting from the actual sales situation of M Electric Company,set up the marketing strategy suitable for the company's development.Fifth,starting from the actual sales situation of M Electric Company,the feasible guarantee measures are made from three aspects of adjusting the organizational structure,perfecting the sales incentive mechanism and strengthening the construction of the sales team.Through the study of this paper,it plays an important role in improving the market competitive advantage,expanding the market share of enterprises and promoting the sale of enterprise products.At the same time,it has certain reference value for other manufacturing enterprises to formulate marketing strategy.
