With the rapid development of global economy, the society get increasable completive, so people have to face up to more and more competition. Excessive and sustained pressure would induce severe physical and mental diseases induced In the enterprise, work stress seriously impact on staff-to-business loyalty and satisfaction. It makes the human resources erratic and the huge cost of human resources waste and Reduce the productivity efficiency of organization.The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) prevalent in Europe and the United States, which is an effective method in alleviating the pressure on employees and resolving the psychological problems. It plays a key role in enhancing the organizational efficiency.EAP is an efficacious method on disposing of job stress, so how to construct a scientific pattern of EAP on the basis of the characteristic in organization gets more and more attention, particularly in IT industry. According to the some research, EAP have the benefits not only to the employees but also to the sustained performance and development of organization. Job stress is an important topic in Psychological area of research. The research on EAP based on job stress adapts to the time requirements, and is an efficacious method to develop organization performance.Employee Assistance Program(EAP), which is a systematic and long-term program of welfare and support for employee. It through professional staff to provide diagnosis, evaluation, training, professional guidance and advice to help employees and their family members to resolve a variety of psychological and behavioral problems, aimed at raising staff in the organization of work performance and physical and mental health, and improve business performance and management of organizational. The purpose of EAP is to solve all the problems of employees, including stress relief, mental health guidance, career planning, but the core content of the most important work is to alleviate the pressure.The research on EAP based on job stress adapts to the time requirements, and is an efficacious method to develop organization performance. EAP can play a good result in the management of job stress. In the side of employees, with the services of the workers of EAP on psychological and behavioral evaluation, psychological counseling and treatment services, EAP can help employees learn to deal with stress, reduce pressure from the adverse reaction and the negative effects of suppression of depression, anxiety, irritability and other adverse emotional reaction, in order to enhance the capacity of stress management. It the side of organization, EAP has played an indirect impact on the organization's role. After decades of EAP development applications in the enterprise, the use of improving job performance, job satisfaction, absence and turnover rate is emerging. EAP can help reduce work-related stress levels in the organization of the negative impact and enhance organizational effectiveness.The research focuses on how to apply EAP according to the results of empirical investigation .The author pointed out the problems on the process of EAP of Neusoft Corporation and made some recommendations. The research provides a reference guide for the enterprise to introduce EAP, and makes the reference on how to resolve the job stress problem and improve the implementation of EAP pattern.The research takes the China's largest offshore software outsourcing suppliers - Neusoft Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as NS company) as the object of empirical research. The author investigates and analyses the condition of employee's job stress and the requirement of EAP on sample corporation's staff whose work such as service or support, technical and sales staff. The research mainly use the questionnaires method, including Natural questionnaire, Response to job stress questionnaire and the whole views questionnaire of staff about the job stress and the EAP. The statistical methods are descriptive Statistics, independent sample T-test and the single factor variance analysis. The samples are the staff of Neusoft Corporation which is the sample of IT industry.The results of the research demonstrated: (1)More than half of employees have heavy job stress, especial the new male employees aged between 30 and 40 who got married, and sales staff have heaver job stress than the other's. So an effective way is needed to manage the job stress. (2) According to the results of the investigation in rang of number, the staff need personal development program, professional refer, leisure entertainment, medical health care program, crisis support program, the family attendance. The approaches to professional refer include face-to-face refer, training, internet assist and referral hot-line. (3) More than 70% of staff did not know EAP of company, so the organization needs to make more efforts on promotion.
