| With the social progress,China’s economy has basically completed the accumulation of quantity,but to focus on the sustainable and prosperous development in the future,we still need to innovate the mode of economic growth.In recent years,China has actively carried out supply side reform,adjusted its industrial structure and sought new economic growth points.Therefore,enterprises need to adapt to this trend of reform,constantly improve the internal management mode,from relying on low labor cost extensive human resource management mode to focus on the quality of human resources lean human resource efficiency management mode,in order to achieve steady development.In a narrow sense,human resource efficiency refers to the efficiency of human resource,that is,the traditional labor productivity.By improving the per capita labor productivity,the output of human capital unit is proposed.In a broad sense,human resource efficiency refers to the ability to create human resource value,which is reflected in improving the return and contribution rate of human capital.Specifically to the reality of enterprise management,it is to create value for customers and enterprises through the promotion of human resource efficiency,so as to enhance the internal competitiveness of enterprises.The three pillar model of human resources was put forward by David Ulrich in 1997,namely COE(expert center),HRBP(human resources business partner)and SSC(shared service center).The human resource system supported by three pillars originates from the company’s strategy and serves the company’s business.Its core idea is to make human resources create value for the organization better through the reconstruction of organizational capacity.With the expansion of enterprise scale and the extension of management,more and more enterprises are exploring to use the three pillar model of human resources for internal division of labor.Therefore,the influence of the three pillar model of human resources on the efficiency of human resources and its mechanism are worth exploring.This research applies the theory mastered during the MBA course to the practical work,and uses the relevant three pillar model of human resources,the theory and method of human resource efficiency,combined with the actual work needs,to conduct innovative discussion and research with the specific object of G rail transit enterprise.The analysis of the relationship between the three pillar model of human resources and human resources efficiency is of certain reference significance for rail transit enterprises to effectively improve human resources efficiency,innovate management model and build core competitiveness of enterprises. |
