People’s well-being is reducing with the improving of the GDP. People’s happiness takes the shape of U curve when the GDP per capita exceeded the point $3000. In 2008, our country had entered the "psychological threshold" of $3000 from the state. The society come from the food and clothing "body age" to the psychological needs of "heart era", more and more people need to be respected and self-realization. But the rapid development of society has caused a series of new problems, based on the situation of our country, such as the job itself, the pressure from parents pension, balance between work and life, children’s education, loan of house and car and so on. All of these have affected the mental health of people occupation seriously, such as low work efficiency, high rate of absenteeism, high turnover rate. If there is no intervention, these problems will develop into an obstacle, bring greater loss to the company.The purpose of this study is to explore an international standard EAP system project suitable for the real estate agent enterprise in China, according to the current situation of the development of practitioners’ occupation mental health, the environment of the real estate agent enterprise in China and the current situation of implementation of RCC company’s EAP project. The author understand the current research situation of EAP and the implementation in organizations at home and abroad in fully, through a large number of literature data collection; research and analysis the employees’pressure status of the real estate agent enterprise in China and the employees’ demand to EAP by means of getting first-hand information from questionnaire investigation. Both of them accumulated theory knowledge and the necessary data information for the successful completion of the article. The article is divided into five chapters. First of all, laying the theoretical foundation for the design of EAP project, through the research of the EAP project background, the theory and technology, the detailed summary of the theory and technology of EAP; Then follow the traditional ideas, Discovery problem-Analysis of the problem-Solve the problem, to investigate and analyze the status of RCC company’s EAP project and analysis of the sample of the real estate agent enterprise staff, to find the problems that RCC company imports EAP project and explore the reasons, formulate a set of Chinese EAP system both meeting the current needs of the real estate agency employees in our country, and being accepted by real estate agent enterprises employees in China, which is the innovation point. However, the system is not perfect. EAP service content will continue to change with the progress of the society. With the EAP theory in China mature, EAP project in our country will also be more perfect.The enterprises need to maintain and continue to enhance their own competitiveness, in today’s global economic environment. It depends on not only their products, but also productivity, and the efficiency and safety of workers. People are the most important in business capital, and EAP is one of the tools to be used to maximize human capital.
