After the reform and opening-up,with the deepening of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises have developed rapidly.At the same time,the global economic situation has changed a lot,especially the global financial crisis that gradually evolved from the US subprime mortgage crisis in 2008,which has had a huge impact on the development of Chinese enterprises.In the context of the current opportunities and challenges,Chinese companies must respond quickly and improve the quality of new product development in response to market changes.As an influential high-tech enterprise in the field of protection electronic components,S company has passed ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO/TS16949 and QC080000 system certifications,and successfully developed several patch fuses with independent intellectual property rights.Its new product development quality control is of great research value,which can provide valuable basis for quality control in the new product development of electronic component enterprises in China.Taking the quality control in the development process of a series of patch fuse of S Company as an example,this paper investigated and analyzed the current status of S company's new product R&D quality control by reading paper and field research,introducing the five stages of R&D process and existing deficiencies was founded in the development process.Then,combined with the company's current Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP)R&D process paradigm,advanced theory and methods of quality management such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis(FMEA),Measurement System Analysis(MSA)was applied to complete the improvement program for new product development projects.Finally,the optimized R&D process was applied to the company's new product FUSE1032,introducing chart of Failure Mode Effects Analysis(FMEA),Measurement System Analysis(MSA),and evaluated to verify the effectiveness of the optimized process in terms of customer satisfaction,R&D time,R&D cost.
