Research On The Growth Characteristics Of No Core Enterprises In Artificial Intelligence Listed Companies

With the development of science and technology and the acceleration of technological progress,the business environment facing artificial intelligence companies has become increasingly complex and changeable.Uncertainty factors have also increased dramatically.The degree of market competition has become fiercer.These objective conditions have imposed a severe test on its survival and development.Major challenges,a large number of companies have encountered a growth crisis.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the characteristics that affect the growth of these companies in order to promote their rapid and healthy growth.The research object of this paper is the artificial intelligence listed company,and the artificial intelligence listed company can be divided into the main board listed company and the venture board company or the core enterprise and the non-core enterprise according to different angles.Among them,non-core companies are selected based on the integration of the scores of the companies on the GEM board.It is because of the reasons for overlapping the main parts.When the characteristics of the company groups are followed,the two are put together.For listed companies,the fastest way to gain access to the capital market is to highlight financial capabilities,including growth capacity,profitability,solvency,and operational capabilities.The artificial intelligence industry not only has huge financial needs,but also has a clear technology orientation.Technology development can be achieved through capital operations such as mergers and acquisitions,purchases,and introductions.Therefore,this paper focuses on the financial perspective of the core and non-core enterprise characteristics.Although the main research of this article is the characteristics of artificial intelligence listed companies,the characteristics of non-core companies and GEM companies are highlighted.Article key node:1.Through the artificial intelligence industry chain analysis,select the company's total sample.A total of 200 companies were selected,including 72 GEM companies and 128 main board companies.2.Combining financial and patent data to define the non-core companies and the integration of the sorting method.According to theoretical research and artificial intelligence industry conditions,patents for financial and representative technologies were selected as defining indicators.3.Study and analyze selected core and non-core companies based on financial indicators.Empirical methods include comparison of financial indicators,verification of indicators using multiple regression,and comparative analysis using panel data.The main conclusions of the study: There are five main characteristics of enterprises with GEM companies as the main ones.The non-core companies have short-term solvency,long-term profitability,small scale,high vitality,and most of them focus on differentiated strategies and technologies.Cross-border and non-core enterprises have the advantages of the times,normalization of cross-border,and extension.
