Case Study On Special Safety Supervision Of Meat And Food In Chengdu

At present,China is facing food security situation is more serious,a lot of people on the meat food safety problem due to Voices of discontent.Safety standards,the lack of high meat products in China,problems occur frequently in the production and marketing of all aspects of food,some food safety accidents in the community caused a very bad effect,so it is necessary to to order a special way of governance attaches great importance to the problem of meat products safety.The main content of this paper is the analysis of the implementation of food safety and health supervision in public management,comparison and analysis at home and abroad.Based on summarizing the research results about food hygiene supervision and related field on the technical route of this paper is the background and significance of the study of meat food safety supervision--Analysis on the research status at home and abroad based on the theory of new public management a food regulation--Taking Chengdu City Health Bureau of meat food safety regulation as the work status analysis of meat food regulation: advanced experience at home and abroad,which can be extracted from the meat food safety supervision of the enlightenment.This research puts forward some suggestions to improve the safety supervision of meat food in the municipal health departments of other level in our country,and strive to serve the theoretical research as a reality.This article launches the research to Chengdu City special meat food safety regulation as a case,the key problems to be solved: from a practical perspective,revealing the relevant policy of Chengdu city food safety supervision and the special status of implementation,and analysis of its causes,and then to the United States,European Union,Japan and other food safety measures are summarized,for reference the successful experience,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
