Study On Evaluation Of Meat Food Safety Supervision In Hengshui

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the food of meat has became one of the most indispensable foods on the table,and the food security is closely related to people's quality of life.Because the consumption of meat has asymmetric information,so some enterprises lack of morality,reduce their own production costs to improve profits by illegal means.The ordinary consumers often purchase for price factors.At the same time,meat producers,consumers and regulators are constantly playing games,and everyone has plenty of expectations for safety regulation of meat products.Before meat food enters circulation,the main body of meat food safety supervision is animal health supervision institution.There is a certain gap between the counties within the area of Hengshui city on animal health supervision institutions,the level of software and hardware.livestock and poultry slaughtering enterprises as the objects of supervision in the production capacity,management model and other aspects are different.So there has certain practical significance to evaluate safety supervision of meat food in Hengshui.The paper takes meat food safety supervision in Hengshui as researth object.From the perspective of animal health supervision,selected livestock and poultry slaughtering enterprises as the starting point,based on the relvent researches of home and abroad studying the tests of meat food safety supervision,this paper firstly uses the method of literature and interview to preliminary build a system about the evaluate meat food safety supervision.Then,using questionnaire method to select the key factor of meat food safety supervision,and using the Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to confirm the index weight at all levels.After that,this model is used to evaluate the meat food safety supervision of 5 representative counties(districts)in Hengshui.Finally,in view of the actual problems,this paper puts forward the strategy to improve the supervision meat food safety in Hengshui,in the hope of ensuring the safety of eating meat,and enhancing the effectiveness,scientific and standardized levels of the meat food safety supervision.
