| Performance management is an important core department in the modern enterprise human resources management system.A successful company must have a set of performance management system that meets its own development strategy goals and industry characteristics,so as to effectively improve employee performance and ensure the smooth realization of organizational goals.Taking SINOTRUK QINGDAO HEAVY INDUSTRY CO.,LTD as an example,this thesis studies the current situation,existing problems and corresponding performance management system improvement solutions ofour traditional heavy-duty special vehicle manufacturing enterprises.As a long-established state-owned automobile manufacturing enterprise with more than 60 years of development history,SINOTRUK QINGDAO HEAVY INDUSTRY CO.,LTD(hereafter SQHIC)is not optimistic about its performance management in themanufacturing sectors,resulting in a disadvantage in fierce market competition.This thesis begins with finding and analyzing the specific problems in the performance management of the company,with related theories and research methods such as performance management theory,bsc-balanced scorecard,KPI and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,new performance management system in four levels of manufacturing systems have been built,deeply studies from performance indicators design,allocation of index weight,appraisal main body,appraisal cycle,appraisal method,assessment results,performance feedback,performance communication and counseling and other aspects,combining with the company real conditions and comparing the actual performance of the new management system,so that the performance of the building of management system can better adapt to the same type enterprise in our country and help improve performance management system,improve the quality of the staff skills and quality of work,improve their own comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the industry. |
