Study On Reform Of Food Safety Supervision System In Nansha District,Guangzhou

Since ancient times,food safety has always been a top priority for the people of the state of Thailand.It has a bearing on the health and safety of the people,the healthy development of the economy and social stability,the survival of national enterprises and the image of the government and the state.In recent years,with the development of the market economy,the market supervision system has not been perfect,food safety accidents are constantly emerging,and the demand of the public for food safety and the ability of government supervision are increasingly high.In recent years,with the development of the market economy,the Ministry of Health(MOH)has not yet perfected its food regulatory system and supervision system.The Ministry of Agriculture and the General Administration of Food and Drug Control concentrate on the harmonization of the regulatory system and other three stages of development.The reform of the food safety supervision system in nansha district of Guangzhou has gone through three stages: regulation,unified supervision(merger function)and comprehensive supervision(merger institution).Finally,the three departments of industry and commerce,medicine,quality supervision,the establishment of the market supervision department,the establishment of the model of large market supervision,this process reflects the integration of different departments after the merger,overcome the previous individual supervision of the short plate,to give full play to synergies.The final direction of comprehensive supervision(merger agency)in nansha district of Guangzhou city is different from the final direction of unified supervision(merger function)at the national level,which belongs to the exploration of the first step in Guangdong's free trade area,and has a good reference value for the higher authorities and even the national level to further optimize the reform of the food safety supervision system.Based on the research status of food safety supervision system reform at home and abroad,this paper theoretically explains the concept of government coordination,analyzes the implementation,effect and existing problems of food safety supervision system reform in nansha district,Guangzhou,by means of literature research,investigation and research methods,and takes this as the basis of the current difficulties faced by government coordination.Such problems as inadequate laws and regulations,insufficient internal and external synergies,inadequate integration of resources,inadequate capacity to regulate and inadequate oversight mechanisms,etc.,have been suggested,which should be guided by the theory of reengineering of government,a framework of the 7S structure,an incentive mechanism for reshaping,a mechanism for improving multi-directional communication of information,and a mechanism for reshaping internal structures,encouraging the public and non-governmental organizations to participate in and strengthen food safety supervision techniques and systems.In order to finally promote the establishment of a coordinated,multi-party and all-directional system of supervision,further improve the food safety supervision system and help realize the level of food safety supervision.We will ultimately promote the establishment of a coordinated,multi-party and all-directional regulatory system,further improve the food safety regulatory system,and facilitate a qualitative transition in food safety regulatory levels.
