Study On The Performance Improvement Of Food Safety Supervision In Huadu District Of Guangzhou

Food is a necessity for human existence.However,with the continuous development of society and the continuous innovation of science and technology,more and more people pay attention to the problem of food safety.There are a number of factors related to food safety,in which the regulatory system is an important reason.In July 2014,Huadu District of Guangzhou city has basically completed the reform of food regulation,food production,circulation and catering three aspects of the regulatory functions together,the implementation of the "food safety supervision mode in one".The new regulatory system to improve the original food safety supervision division of labor model complex situation,to some extent,improve the regulatory effectiveness.However,the food safety supervision work area still exist in the food regulatory integrity is not complete,the allocation of resources,lack of law enforcement is not strong,the detection ability is insufficient,all the people involved in the supervision is not active and other urgent problems.Therefore,how to further deepen the reform and improve the regulatory performance is very worthy of study.In this paper,Huadu District food regulatory performance as the research object,systematic and scientific analysis of the current situation of Huadu District food safety and draw Huadu District,the current food safety supervision in the presence of some deficiencies.On the basis of China's successful experience of supervision of advanced area,from the further integration of regulatory functions,strengthen the allocation of supervision resources,strengthen the food detection capability,vigorously promote social governance and so on to put forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to enhance the feasibility of Huadu District food safety supervision performance,constantly optimize the food supervision system,strengthening the supervision of food and build a strong foundation.The food safety defense,to ensure that the area of food safety work has achieved good results.
